If the numbers are true at single digit or zero cases why is the emergency still needed unless the numbers arent correct .

At 75 he would be unlikely to get insurance let alone be able to afford it .

In order to gain trust from tourists you need to prove that you are continuously testing for the virus not just sitting around waiting for cases to pop up where ever .

If you want to travel to another Province you can catch a bus/train or you can fly but you cant drive because you might spread the virus backwards thinking TIT .
