For domestic tourism to work you have to lift the ban on inter provincial travel unless of course you expect everyone to be a tourist in there own province LOL . TIT .

Will the driver of the mini bus be charged with reckless driving causing injury and damage the same as the Belgian in a previous story or just get a fine and a wai as usual .

Saw the same thing this morning with people outside a bank maybe waiting to get their 5,000 baht 

There is always one idiot driver wherever you go in this country that creates this kind of chaos showing no respect for others .

The sign next to them clearly states 1 year imprisonment or fine not exceeding 100,000 baht or both , so if he paid 50.000 its only half of what he could of had to pay .

I dont drink so i really couldn't give a flying expletive about the ban .

The mother can't be sued as she was not driving the car. The injured parties can take the driver to court and if found guilty (surely he would be) they could be awarded a sum determined by the court. But getting paid is another matter entirely. Seems that the Mother ain't going to help in that regard.

Take the car as compensation and award to the injured party provided of course its not under finance .
