There are numerous sites ( try Australia ) that will sell you the plans.
Make sure you get the specified marine grade aluminium and get samples of local welding.
You will need to get someone also to cut the ali plate to the plans

Who would willingly spend time and work in Saudi Arabia?
There are oil workers and like the money
There are English teachers and they like the money
There are Arms manufacturers and they like the money
There are car dealers and they like the money
There are taxi drivers and they like the money
There are maids and they like the money
Why do you think anyone spends time there?

Yes the do export, but the price is somewhat different as is the taste.

To minimise the time, I opted to pay for the one day application at Croydon, not cheap, but very efficient, and staff were friendly.
As they want originals, I am assuming that online is not possible, but I am happy to be shown to be wrong
-
Don't forget you need to pay for the NHS 500 GBP upfront, you will need that number if I recall correctly ( can be done online )
-
Make sure you have the latest version of the form, I printed ours out a couple of months before, and it had a couple of minor amendments, thus had to be completely redone

Apply in the UK, pay the express service, submit in the morning, collect in the afternoon

People come here for meaningful and accurate advice, if you don't know the answer please don't guess.
So on your premise and understanding of this rule, someone coming on holiday and marrying could then apply the following day for this route....... Good luck with that one, which is why the rules are applied in such manner.
You make it sound as if marriage gives an automatic ride to apply, and reside in UK (all other considerations being met) It does not

Read the guidance, needs to be two years, or at least prove you have been in a relationship for that time .
It is upon yourself to prove this.
Currently if you do not meet this it may be refused, however you have the right to appeal due to wife being mother of the child under EU guidance, but do not hold your breath on this.
Do not forget you will also need now to pay NHS surcharge (500GBP)

I take it your wife is Thai and you have been married 2 years with an official marriage certificate ( need certified translation of this ) as well as a lot of other bits and pieces .
Easiest route is partner on the 5 year route. There are various forms but spouse is the one you want
Forms change quite often ( minor modifications ) so download the latest version
Make sure you complete ALL the relevant sections
Make sure you have all the supporting evidence
Very often they ask for originals, or certified translations if not in English, make copies of those so they can keep them ( You may need again at FLR and ILR)
-
Get the British passport for daughter. - No issues
Wife will have to apply in Thailand,
then 2 1/2 years later FLR in UK
Then 2 1/2 years later ILR in UK
-
As previously stated, make sure you have the full supporting documentation and in original document, make copies of everything for them to retain.
Make sure you select the correct form and complete it fully. ( I oriented one for the wife a few months before our application for FLR, arrived to submit and was told it had already changed version twice since I printed it out )
Income wise cash or monthly income or a combination of the two can be used.
Any documentation in a foreign language needs an official stamped translation.
Do not be tempted to lie in any part of the form, you will need to print out and take a hard copy of the form.
Double check everything on the form and documents, minor slip up can result in refusal.
It is all a real pain, but not impossible good luck

Typical cost to replace 130 GBP, expensive lose every time, When I was in UK I would inform the store, and very often they would offer a small reward if returned, best was 20 quid
-
Try made to measure for dress shoes, always fit and well made
-
Good luck, doing the wife's FLR beginning of next month.
Don't forget you need to pay the 500 GBP NHS surcharge before you apply
Regarding statements should be OK, are you using lump sum or your income to meet financial requirement? or a combination.
If they are stamped I believe that they should be ok for submission.

Try looking up "Camel Cake" They do some very interesting "Bread mixes" and will post to you. Good stuff

1) Suggest you seek legal advice, as with your situation you may be able to claim asylum, quoting the arrest possibility in Laos.
2) You can combine, her and your income over the previous 12 months, and also add in any savings you have. Remember it is gross salaries that count so any job you and her take are both gross.
If application date is December your 12 months will have started the last month of 2015 ( you need to know exact date )
3) assuming we remain in UK then seeking a job in Europe and remaining 6 months, may, if it is still law, which it may be not, entitle you to enter via the 'Singh' route, but do not hold your breath on this one, the government wants to stop it, and remaining in UK is not certain. Definetly worth to consider Ireland as language will be no problem

Every country has its own prefix, there is no one standard however if you store any number on a mobile, with country code e.g 44 for Uk and prefix it with a plus e.g +44 that will work in every country in the world
