Well most attribute this lack of support for him because they think he's a d*ck.

His match, last of the day, still shows in the draw...

    First round·Rod Laver Arena 16:15 *

    1    N. Djokovic

    M. Kecmanović

I'll still be shocked if he's not allowed to play.

    M. Kecmanovic will now meet rank 150 Salvatore Caruso as far as i know.

The one thing that comes to my mind:

"Where does all this infected medical waste go?"  ????

The same place as our face masks, that can have active virus on them if we are positive.

    In the regular bin.

This pandemic lead to a huge disposal of plastic/rubber/aluminum in the regular bin, and time will tell if that is a problem or not.

  3. Update from Denmark week 1 statistics.

We're still one of the countries that test most per 1000 pop, so numbers could maybe be the same in other countries.

The omicron BA2 mutation is rising pretty fast here.

    Week 1

68% positives were omicron BA1 variant.

    28% were omicron BA2 mutation

    4% were Delta.

The BA2 mutation in week 50 were 2% of the total cases so looks like it might take over if the spreading continues.

They don't know if that is worrying or not yet.

When i look at the admissions to hospitals last week at different sites it's approx 15% that were admitted with Delta and 85% omicron.

Very few boosted people were admitted in hospitals with omicron, so seems like it's still a good idea to get a booster.

And delta is not gone so....

Oh never knew it was that hot, since they seem to constantly battle with permafrost.

If that why they don't record in the summer?

To much slur and everything would just turn into a mud pit?

Any luck in your career hunting the gold?

Must be a great way of making a living if successful.

Love Aussie Gold Hunters. Verne was the best. ????

When I travelled there many moons ago, the one day in The Kimberley was around 48 in the shade! Alright at night, but.
Don’t mind high dry heat, humidity with moderate heat is worse. Having said that, I can take either as long as not hungover. ????

Yeah Verne is one of my favorites too.

Also watching gold rush from Yukon, Gold divers from Nome Alaska and the series where they dregde in the wild rivers in the mountains.

My favorites series along with deadliest catch and bloodline which follows their adventures on Hawaii.

4 of them shows has no problems with the heat.

It's cold most of the time, so you might want to try out a gold career in Yukon ????

Personally i would go for the fishing season on Hawaii ????

I never said they didn’t. What I’m saying is that they haven’t changed anything in terms of us being able to live and work like normal humans, and I don’t see any reason to believe that a third or fourth jab will change that.

Depends what country you live in.

Here in Denmark we found delta in June 21 2021 and at that time we had approx 35 % fully vaccinated. We went through the summer with little spikes and reached 70%+ vaccinated pretty fast.

The majority of infected were not vaxed.

During the start of the delta wave we had very little restrictions and we stopped all restrictions what so ever late summer 2021.

    Lived like normal.

    All because we got vaccinated.

That was the delta period when we didn't have boosters or omicron.

Then winter came and a mix of vaccines starting to fade, delta, winter and omicron made our number go through the roof, and we still have very high numbers compared to the delta.

So now we have some restrictions again, but government will start easing some on Monday.

The boosters amongst the elderly population helped them, and the docs says it's rare to see tripled vaxed people in the ICU.

It's mostly immune compromised elderly and unvaxed people that end up in ICU.

    So lighten up.

In a few months many countries will have dropped their restrictions because the boosters do what they are supposed to do.

Not to prevent you from getting omicron, but keeping you away from hospital in most cases.

I think we will see countries move towards using vaccines for elderly and weak, and for those that want a shot just for safety.

Personally i plan to get a fresh shot before winter 2022 just in case.

Just had my booster last week and i don't think i will need anymore before winter 2022.

If i have to get a single shot each year i can live with that.

And i will finish this with 2 pictures that i took while the Delta wave were roaming here in Denmark July 7 2021.

We were able to do this because the vaccines did their job plus the summer helped as well

I know this is about boosters, but it just shows that we are able to live with this virus if we want to.

And we will once again so cheer up.

Actually, many of those doses were not full doses.

My Pfizer booster was a half dose (at best)!!! I did not even feel the needle go in.

There was also some manipulation of the number of doses per bottle. (12 instead of 10)

Are you sure you are not mixing moderna and Pfizer?

You can get 7 doses from Pfizer and 12 from moderna.

A bit more if the country allows for using left overs from several vials.

It's not unusual that vials with medicin is filled with more than is described.

That's so the companies will not release a vial that has fewer doses than described per vial.

It's the same thing with insulin.

If a vial contains less insulin than it's supposed to have it's scrapped during inspection.

Usually the lotteries have implicit contracts that guarantee their right to publish the news as it's good for their continued business.

This is the translation from the Swedish postcode lottery rules.

If the TV announcement are not considered marketing, they might not had a chance to be anonymous.

I bet tickets are sold at the advertised price , how much is a ticket in Sweden ?

    regards worgeordie

They have different types of lotteries in Sweden.

This type postcode lottery is 170 swedish kroner pr month for 1 ticket.

    That's approx 630 baht.

Sweden are also a part of the countries that has Euro lotto and Viking lotto

Euro jackpot is the largest ones with 18 countries and the largest reward so far was 571 million danish kroner, which is about 2,8 billion baht.

10 rows of numbers for 1 draw are 750 baht.

Expensive and the chance of winning first price is 1 : 95,344,220

So in theory you could play 95 million different combinations and win first price, but that would cost 7,1 billion baht, so that's not a good idea ????

Perhaps the anti vaxxer males need to read some actual medical research, this may need to be factored into their decison making.

Coronavirus Lingers in Penis and Could Cause Impotence

"We found that the virus affects the blood vessels that supply the penis, causing erectile dysfunction," said senior researcher Dr. Ranjith Ramasamy, director of the reproductive urology program at the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine. "The blood vessels themselves malfunction and are not able to provide enough blood to enter the penis for an erection."

    https://www.webmd.com/lung/news/20210513/coronavirus-lingers-in-penis-and-could-cause-impotence#1

very limitedinformation/comparison, however I believe that this is being looked at by several urologists and researchers

The anti vaxers would probably claim this was sponsored by Pfizer ????

Do you mean HALAL? ie The animal had it's throat slit whilst listening to a prayer?

No i meant that Muslims are allowed to eat pork in certain situations even if it's normally considered Haram (forbidden/a sin).

If they are starving and there is nothing else to eat, they are allowed to eat pork and it's then considered Halal (permitted)

If they consume pork without knowing it, then it's also not considered a sin.

in this case if they eat meatballs that they think are beef, but turns out to contain pork, it's not a sinful action.

So it's not a problem for the muslim who eat pork in certain situations, but it's just extremely bad PR for the producer of those meatballs.

Jews and Christians have/had similar issues with pork.

In the old testament pork were forbidden but Jesus kinda changed that rule, when he declared that all food are clean.

    https://justdisciple.com/christians-eat-pork/

I'm atheist btw, so i just eat what i like.

It is the humidity what gets me in Thailand not the heat I don't even have an aircon here

I'm used to the humidity since i think we in DK have higher humidity than Thailand in average.

I just know that if it get's below 26 or so in Thailand i start to freeze.

    Totally weird.

When i first landed in Thailand it was 25 or so in Phuket, and i thought.

    IS THAT IT?

    This country is not warm......

    ????

  13. The only reason why i know it's so hot in Australia,

is because i love the show Aussie gold hunters, and they stop their seasons when it gets to hot.

The hottest i tried was 45 or so in Greece and that was just way to hot for me ????

I'm more comfortable with approx 30 celcius on Samui ????

But i don't think i will ever learn to sleep without air con in Thailand.

difference is our hospital system is falling over. Thailand's might too. That might well be why they are so worried. I constantly see idiots bashing the Thai authorities as idiots. It says more about themselves than anything else.

    https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-01-13/qld-coronavirus-covid19-strain-on-health-sector-staff-omicron/100750292

We should stop looking at the number of the daily positives and concentrate on how many are hospitalized.

IF the hospitals are overrun restrictions are ok.

If they are not, i can't see any reason why we should keep restrictions.

Thailand will come to that conclusion too at some point.

Personally i think Europe will go through a totally crazy tourist season summer 2022.

So many miss their traveling, and all Thailand can do is sit back and count their loss of money,

unless they start to rethink their strategy.

I would prefer to spend my money in Thailand this summer, but not at all costs.

Both BMW and Benzes are just equally unreliable, looking at how much Lexus charges extra over both European brands here, I'd say reliability has its price

When i look at most of the taxies here in Denmark most are Mercedes Benz

and when i talk to the drivers, they say they are really reliable.

Never owned a car in my life, so have no clue about cars,

but if the majority of taxies are Mercedes, they can't really be that unreliable.
