Some personal experience from the cheap seats... I've used Miracid brand omeprazole in Thailand since 2011 and always found it easily available, pretty cheap and it always works consistently. Because I don't believe them any more. They lost our trust. They can't even predict the past honestly.

Without even passing any judgment on transgenderism, it's divisive, and it's money not spent on our own needs at home. May as well fund building synagogues in Riyhad. It would be a similar waste, and make us just as many friends.
