    I worked at an international school in BKK where they changed the policy to one in which students CAN fail, but then they had mandatory summer school, attendance not required, and a guaranteed pass... for a significant summertime "tuition".

    For years, I used it to inject mice while doing immunology research. Never any serious questioning when obtaining it from the uni vets. Never seriously considered sampling a bit.

    In 1970/71ish I spent my last coin on a fruit shake outside the airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Couldn't pay the exit tax and had to panhandle for enough $$ to leave.

    2 things impressed me: 1. The community fire-preparedness training. If done properly, probably VERY helpful. 2. The effective use of the IR drone. Nice application of tech! Overall nice job. So sorry for those who lost all of the likely little that they owned. Mostly Chinese families? If so, probably gold/cash kept at home and lost in the blaze.

    I have some painful irritation in one eye. I don't know if it's an infection or if I maybe scratched my eye dealing with my contacts yesterday. I'd prefer to avoid Pattaya Memorial/hospitals to pay 10K only to be told. "It's just irritation. Use these wetting drops, but I'll bite the bullet if I have to. TIA

    How many train cars would be necessary to move the containers of even 1 large bulk carrier vessel? And guessing it would take more than a day or 2 or 3 to unload/load a large carrier.
