I want to see the NYS tax board investigate him. He low-balled value estimates on his properties to lower his taxes (victims = NYS residents). He high-balled his estimates to receive loans at favorable rates. The tax boards should reassess what he owes, based on his higher estimates, as he STILL CLAIMS THOSE ESTIMATES ARE ACCURATE. BTW, this is one of the reasons for the non-monetary penalties he was assessed. He STILL claims he did nothing wrong, therefore, he might try it again, given the chance. Engoron is not giving him that chance. He then has a choice of admitting that he either perjured himself in the Engoron case or that he also committed CRIMINAL fraud in the tax case. Can't have it both ways.

I don't understand the refusal to stop, then fleeing. Looked like 3-6 Thai cops around them at a stop, along with some other guy that a Thai cop motions to "stand over there". Was this the original stop? If so, how did they manage to jump on their bikes and flee?

My GF knows many of them. I've been listening to stories of the leadup to this for the last 4 days. 2 Thai LBs in particular have been showing up at soi 11, taunting and harassing the Filipinas, for several days in a row. 4 Filipinas went down to soi 4 to demand the <deleted>e stop. Words were exchanged and a group of Thais followed them back to soi 11, where they continued the verbal altercation. The action started when one of the Thais slapped one of the Filipinas, causing a minor ruckus, hair-pulling, name-calling etc. This was videoed bvy a Thai and posted online, calling for reinforcements. The Thais then gathered en mass and started assaulting the Filipinas as they emerged from Cit In Hotel eventually entering the hotel and dragging any Filipinas they saw out into the streets to be beaten. Police arrived and could not even escort the Filipinas to the police station safely.
