Is your system MEN (N-E link in the box)? If not sure post a photo of the box with the lid off (care please).
An open neutral between you and the transformer could lead to this kind of issue, PEA then fixed the fault.
Get PEA ? To check there unearthing connection on the wire running past your house. (Fixed a similar prob I had.)

So, do we take our little bottles of mouth wash around with us; wash and spit on the footpath, on the BTS, in restaurants, etc.? How practical!
Give a complimentary bottle to Chinese Tourists ,at least when they spit everywhere where it will be Covid free.

There are times for me also when food sort of backs up. I think it's because I eat to fast and don't drink enough water at times. It never happened when younger. I just try to drink alot of water and that seems to work.
I thought that until I had an upper Endoscopy.

You have "Gerd" (prononced gourd)
The gut produces to much acid during eating, which signals the Osopigous? To close therefore blocking food etc. a can of coke (gas) will help push the blockage through in an emergency.
But you may have to go on medication (pantozole or similar)
Forever as do I.

Costco was a give away … Meanwhile, half a world away in Chiang Mai, Thailand this American sits at age 74 with heart issues, successfully registered on the Thai website recommended by the US Consulate in Chiang Mai awaiting a first shot from the Pfizer donation of vaccines by the US.
I am in bkk. But like you waited and waited

I did that once before and received nothing back. I don’t trust it.
Same, when finally got to Immigration, they just updated me because I had registered mail receipt stating " 90 day report"enclosed.

I'm a bit worried. I always wear some T-shirts with LEO and Singha logos around the house. I'm hoping my Thai neighbors don't drop a dime on me for a reward.
Just think of all the sports uniforms that will have to be turfed out.
Along with the sponsors cancelling.

As of today, the Embassy has not received any official guidelines regarding the Phuket Sand Box due to an ongoing situation in Thailand. Thus, the regulation at this time would be quarantine for 14 days.
If you plan to travel to Phuket in July, please check back on the Embassy’s website regularly. Also another small detail not clear is ,
if you do the sandbox thing you can travel to other provinces. But if you go to Bkk for a look around then travel on to other provinces you must quarantine 14 days coming from a Red Zone?

As already mentioned since you are suppose to use Nonthaburi (i.e., your servicing IO) when CW received your correspondence/90 day report I expect they saw your return address was a Nonthaburi address and didn't waste anytime in opening up your envelope to see what was inside since they wouldn't be able to assist as they are not your servicing IO.
CW probably gets a fair amount of such correspondence like that from around the country/nearby provinces....mail from people thinking CW is some type of headquarters/central point for immigration related mail. Probably just their standard policy to return to sender unopened which leaves many wondering why it was returned unopened.
Yep, sort deduced that in the end, But the Immigration site states CW address only and made no mention of Mailing elsewhere.
Anyway it's sorted now.

Is your servicing immigration office Nonthaburi or CW? That is, do you live in Nonthaburi or Bangkok?

The immigration website states this.
"Incase of The foreigners who reside in Bangkok, make the notification by registered mail at
90 Days Report Section Immigration Division 1 , Immigration Bureau, Chalermprakiat Government Complex B Building120 Moo 3 , Chaengwattana Rd., Soi 7, Toongsonghong, Laksi, Bangkok. 10210"
Yep that's what it says alright and it was sent correctly.
But !!!
(Refer to my post what actually happened)

You provided a return envelope? With your address? With postage (37 baht EMS preferred, 10 baht OK I think).
You receive mail reliably at your address?
I'd wait at least 7 weeks.
Current reports are 5 - 8 weeks, mine was 50 days.
I had same problem my original envelope turned up unopened weeks later, apparently sending it to the Immigration office(Lak si) as per their site was incorrect! as told by the officer at my Nonthaburi office.
go figure!

Experiences will vary depending in the insurer. The fact that policies are OA compliant does not make them in any way the same when it comes to claims experiences.
A lot of people - perhaps the majority - opt to get a "throw away" high deductible policy (i.e. 200K deductible out of 400K maximum) to meet OA requirement (sometimes then also having a "real" policy that actually insures them but is not considered OA compliant). In such cases there will almost never be a claim.
A few people have Aetna, Pacific Cross or April Thailand (LMG) policies with meaningful levels of cover and no or low deductible and a search on this forum will find varying reports of claims experiences specific to those companies.
So the answer is No.

O-A insurance is not a brand of insurance. Please specify what company and which policy. Also, do you have a deductible?
Thanks Sheryl,
It was just a general enquiry to see if any members had actually had a claim paid irrespective of what insurance coy they may have.

Has anyone actually made a successful claim from the 40000/400000.

They forgot to mention that the resorts had been ordered to close for most of this month. We live amongst them and it has been pleasantly quite without the tour buses, karaoke and bikes.
Some are open ,I know people who overnighted there last weekend ,from another province.
