Who needs farang tourists, apparently 3.6 million Thai's have booked hotels since the government provided a 40% rebate for Thai's to holiday domestically and because the "hotels" are doing so good, some hotels have upped their prices by as much as 85% for the long weekend, no doubt they will be empty and crying poor after the long weekend.

Yep,as all figures (stats) quoted for anything are believable.lol

the trouble with Lazada is that they are only as good as their seller.  They do not control them well and negative feedback does not get put on the website.  Some sellers will report your items packed and waiting to be shipped for days.  This stops you getting a refund.  Then evenyually they cancel because out of stock and give a refund.  Then they put the same item back on sale at a higher price.  Reported to Lazada and ignored.

So True, wait until you want to replace or return a defective item. They just wear down until you give up and go away.

That is what I thought, so I had a new one fitted, same issue. The Thai chap tried to explain why it may be doing what it is doing, but I didn't understand a word of his explanation, my poor Thai and his poor English didn't allow for any real communication.

Also an app (or 2) running in the background when on. But I probably will go with the 5 + year old battery suggestion. As my lap top is over 5 years old and runs well ... but with power on only.

Both of you will be applying extensions on stay based upon retirement (it is not a visa).

Both of you will need the following since it will be two separate applications.

    One completed TM7 form with a 4 X 6 cm photo attached.

Copies of passport photo page, visa, current extension stamp, entry stamp and TM6 departure card.

Proof of 65k baht income. They can ask for backup proof for the  income letter and/or the source of it.

Some offices will want a map to your residence.

TM 6 card copy front and rear.

    (Happened to me.)

I understand that 90-day reporting has been temporarily suspended. I had intended to go ahead and report online, but missed the window of time for online reporting, 7-14 days prior to the 90-day target. I hope that when the requirement is reinstated that I will be able to do so online. Generally, if one misses that online window of time, its necessary to actually go to immigration and do so in person, which in Bangkok is a PIA as Changwattana is so difficult to get to and always an all day event even for the smallest of tasks. Anyone heard anything of late with regard to the 90-day repot coming back online and date eligablity?

I did mine on the mobile app a few weeks back ,astounded it worked (didn't before) and got my receipt the next day via email (another shock). it was sent 4 days prior to due date.

I thought i would take a punt, Because i did not want to get caught up in the  melee at Immigration around 31/7.

If you are from Bkk your home is in Bkk, right?  So does this mean you have to return to Bkk from Korat to quarantine yourself?

Yes, That how it was  for me 3 weeks ago. But at the moment i am not sure as only some provinces are publishing their stance on this,(confusing.)
