There is a huge difference between bulding a stand alone track that is built and designed by an authorixed body in one area vs dealing with all the political hands and bodies involved with rebuilding roads and closing them down for months if not a year. Then there is the annual mainentance. I am not sure that the Thai people would stand for it nor the people building it. Take into consideration how long they have been trying to sort out Jomtien and Beach road beaches. Buriram was bilt in 2013 and I am not sure if the people are available. It would take bringing in outside companies to rebuild the course.
