You never need to wait long to see the gr eed popping up in this country. Big money to make easily.
Nearly as short a wait for farang kee niaow to find something new to whine about.Private hospitals are businesses and they’re offering a service, they’re not charities for economic refugees. Do you expect them to purchase the vaccine and equipment as well as employ personnel to administer the vaccine as a gift for cheap Charlies? Then join the mile long queues just like people do in Europe and America.
Happy to pay for the convenience even if my insurance didn’t pay 80% ... which it does. But then insurance isn’t free either.

maybe there exists the tiniest grain of intelligence in them after all
There already exists a World Health Organization approved vaccination booklet that was accepted by countries around the world as proof of vaccination against such things as Yellow Fever and Cholera and as a record of other vaccinations. Why it cannot be amended and employed to include recognized Covid-19 vaccinations remains a mystery.
As to evidence of tiny grains of intelligence demonstrated in reaction to the pandemic, Thailand has been way ahead of some major players in Farang Utopia world in terms of intelligence.

Some of the expats in Thailand love to imitate the locals
Yes, back in farang utopia they drank nothing stronger than Earl Grey tea, were all choir boys and first learned of the demon rum by imitating the locals.
whatever happens, here at TV someone can always trace the fault back to Thais.

Anyone who buys into this 'elite' nonsense needs to give their head a serious wobble.
Sort of like buying a really expensive car and assuming that means you don’t need to follow traffic laws. Surprise, surprise. You still have to follow the rules.

So far Sinovac and at some point the AstraZeneca vaccines appear to be the only choices in Thailand. If those two I will be taking the AstraZeneca one.
Thanks for sharing your plans, which will undoubtably guide us all.

Tried them.. Biggest problems I'm facing are... Wife is Thai so filing status is uncertain.
Income is SSDI and its website says qualify for EITC and child credits but online app doesn't permit it.
Only income is 12864 yearly from SSDI. No other filing claims except that one and dependents care. About 18000 in credits for children and EITC if applied. Also uncertain about disability credits. Could be more.
Either way. I need some help with someone in Thailand in same situation that has filed before.
Check US Embassy Citizens Service and/or email them, explain your issues. They may have a list of those providing IRS assistance.

Expats who work in Thailand and pay into the social security system may be eligible for a vaccination but the situation is yet to be clarified by the Thai government.
So why post some unfounded, purely speculative comment, especially with out attribution?

Just stating the obvious be it seems that so much everything "Thai" needs to somehow benefit a subset of the population at the expense of the rest of the population. Sad
So the queues at the food banks in the US include all subsets of the American population equally?

But you can still buy a ticket today upto about 1pm
But I said “right now” and that was after I looked at the draw results on the Internet. If you know of someone selling tickets after the results are published, please give his location so I can be there on the next draw date.

No doubt Lottery sellers will still be allowed to ply their trade with a dozen people crowded round
The draw was held today so I doubt a dozen people will crowd around a seller right now.

of thai customers i guess there is some demand
Yes, my moderately elderly phone suffered a fatal heart attack recently brought about by an unscheduled 2 meter fall to a hard floor. Had to replace it the next day. Had that happened now I’d be glad to know the shops were open.

Is a patient the same as a case.... what (if any) is the difference? I suppose you could have a case of someone identified as having the virus, but given no treatment so not a patient?
So little testing happening that any numbers are essentially meaningless? Seems a variation on "Ask me not questions I tell you no lies" to "If we do no testing then we have no cases"
Golly the TV Forensic Analysis & Research Team (F.A.R.T.) wastes no time swinging into action.

I don’t see that as a problem and fully support the idea that the Thai government would prioritize its citizens. I seriously doubt I’ll need to start saving to pay for the vaccination anymore than I have to for regular medical care from a private hospital. Thailand has kept me safer from the virus than my country has done for its residents. I can contribute to further protect myself without whining about it.

I’ve been checking Fox Sports 1, 2 & 3 for any sign of MLB games. Anyone know if, when and which channels will show baseball games?
