There's any chance that they may block the funds and asking "the proof of sources", or someone get his account closed suddenly without any reasons ? And right, I saw they're coming as "International transfer" so it gonna count well right for the Immigration Bureau for extend the visa, it's ok even the sum are just send like little by little, like 2-3 k each transfer for the Immigration later ?

It's to small to trigger anything you won't have a problem if the stop it just says its for your visa....

Obviously there's " rough " or low class areas of all worldwide cities ...so do any of you live in these types of areas ?

 

As for house robberies / burglary it always seems to be farangs in country Thailand complaining rather than say Bangkok or Pattaya .

 

How safe is it to be living in a remote area of Thailand ...say a farmhouse ?

Do U need guard dogs ?

When I drove over a dog carcass it made a huge bang and thug  and my car is higher then a Honda

Most Countries are not looking for a EAL teacher ! If you look at adverts  they are all  looking for High School Science teachers or Math etc... Sorry a TEFL is not a teacher Qual...it is just a cert.. That can been taken online in an hour for $20. Or forged for free.  No degree is laughable... Go teach a dog to swim....

Very few Licenced Canadian teachers even get the licence for that Province  thats why they go and teach in London. I taught the largest A level Biology  cohort in the UK.

Check a friend of mine is a realtor in Pattaya they have discounted many Modern  Condo Building  in Pattaya and Bkk by 60% a month and many longterm  residence have switched over to new contracts.

It won't matter you will end up scratching something or cleaning dirt of something and they will keep all of the deposit. In Bangkok I rented only two places for over a year each never so a penny of deposit so just stay longer and don't pay the rent in your last month I negotiate don't pay over a month deposit in these times. If they don't like it go get another place. And also remember they are rented beautiful places that normally are 25,000 a month for now 6, 000 a month. Don't be stupid think smart.... I get tired of giving suggestions. I am owed 800,000 in rent arrears since last year's
