Been living out here in the sticks for a lot of years now and any more than 6000/7000 Baht a month is for more than the basic necessities for Ma,Pa and Nong.

It's not a "normal" thing to do to up sticks from the Uk and travel 6000 miles and live in a rice field.Got to be some strong force behind the move.Certainly a lot running away.Me,it's health reasons and an England that fills me with sadness.

In relation to visa and visa extentions it refers to providing financial support to a Thai wife.

If you feel very,very insecure and are young you can lease from the wife for 30 years with two renewal options.
