I think you've exagerated its good qualities and flat ignored some of its drawbacks

Quite often on tv chaps are looking for a decent size bit of land and i happened to notice some boards appear aroung Nong Khai and i am sure it says 100 rai for sale,call 042 408147.

Here in Nong Khai it rains nearly everyday and is always too wet to cut the grass.
I have noticed there appears to be a lot of fallow land this year with maybe thirty percent not under rice.

The palms had been in the garden for five years and planted in the garden when about a foot tall.Plenty of year round water and sheltered so would imagine it's an insect thing.

All the Indian palms in the garden are dieing one by one but all the other palms are fine.It's raining everyday so it's not due to a lack of water but visibly you would say so as each leaf in turn goes brown and dies.Any clues?

Yep,they use that in Udon and Nong Khai to warn of speed traps.
