  1. Cracked walls and ceilings doesn't necessarily mean unsafe. one-up on settlement cracks. A building is designed to flex, and plaster will always crack. Suspect this list going round is not very reliable.
  2. I've got stopped twice. The first time we hadn't entered the route in the book, and we had to go down to the police station and pay a small fine. I forget. Maybe 300 baht. We learned, and the second time it was in the book and the policeman was happy. I should add we were traveling long distance in another province and we had no problem
  3. Try using a different browser
  4. Ask for a certificate? Mind you in Pattaya can get copies!
  5. I just phoned them, it was very easy. But I'm leaving mine in a UK account as a backup to my usual income.
  6. It's a new soup recipe in the frozen meal section.
  7. That was nothing to do with people. Have a look at some of their mythical art and you will understand. More to do with seeing black spirits I suspect.
  8. I like the Shavy 6 blade. I buy on Lazada.
  9. Interesting, and thank you for your article your PSA readings are very similar to my own. And they've only raised a couple of points in 20 years. I found regular sex, or regular exercise increased the PSA reading by up to five points. So I always have three or four days relaxation before I go for a test these days. I came to the same conclusion as you, although in my case I've never had a scan. But I've had three biopsies over the years, which are not a pleasant experience.
  10. You'll notice on almost all BTS and MRT stations, they designed the platform and the doors to board the train so that they could provide longer trains. Of course this was a political move, and they never actually intended to make longer trains than they already had.
  11. You're not going to easily meet anyone in Pattaya. Foreigners and Thais alike are there to have a good time. Not a long time.
  12. Don't forget to get a Thai driving license. If you have no address in the UK you'll be unable to renew your UK one.
