Problem is - world wide - that the child care payments are so expensive that it probably pays just to pay the mother to stay home and not work than pay out and not get the money back in taxes ! In UK on 2022 - 25 hours child care was £8000 ish, so a full working week would be say £11,000. The UK government would be financially better of saying stay home and take care the kid here's the money

I am under the idea that ALL appeals should be done from prison after the first conviction. There should also be a set daily amount of reparations that you get should you be found 'innocent' on appeal.

Hmm and you think millions of migrant workers are checked for criminal records ? More likely the higher paying jobs require records checks - maybe. Lower I doubt. My opinion he was more likely committing crime than wanting to do a 300 baht a day migrant worker job.
