Did you asked 3BB if you can pause the contract? True is doing it for a small fee up to 90days. Remainder of the contract would need to be paid though. Here the troll speaking. I just asked for a possible solution to make things right at the lowest cost, but I see I won't find any on this forum. Thank you anyway.

You should apply for a non o based on marriage or a tourist visa. Tourist visas are for 60 days and can be extended by another 30.
You wife is Thai national and does not need any visa. Your child would be Thai as well and you could get a passport at the Thai embassy.
-
I am not sure about the process in the UK. But I was not able to take my son to my home country without him having the passport. The Thai passport was not working as he has my citizenship by birth. Therefore embassy was not able to issue a visa for him.
You might want to clarify this with your embassy before fixing the plans to go to the UK.

According to the website http://www.pattayabus.com/en/routes-schedules/bangkok-to-pattaya/
The last bus from Ekamai is going at 23:00 to Pattaya if I am not mistaken.

Did you try the option to purchase their international warranty. Apple care can be purchased until the original warranty expired. Not sure if this is as well for phones but might be worth trying.

The Tesco-Lotus at Suk Soi 50, the Udom Suk Station, charges baht 50 an hour after three hours. I normally park there if I need to go downtown and sometimes just suck it up and pay the OT parking for a couple of hours.
Mac
I think you mean Tesco-Lotus at On Nut station. udom suk is at Suk Soi 103 and I cannot remember a Tesco there.
You might like to park at the convention center bITEC they have a direct access to the bts. Outside I have never payed anything. Underground parking is 20thb a hour.

You might not need a business to rent out cars but you would for sure need a different insurance then the normal one for private cars. It would be worthwhile to check your insurance documents and discuss this with your insurance, as otherwise you might end up with nobody paying if an accident should happen.

You might need to supply more information. Such as to where.
Did you checked if any permits are needed for export and import? Do you have the correct packaging? Did you checked with your airline if they accept live animal transportation? Do they require specific licenses? Just a few points which come to my mind.
Sometimes it is cheaper to let it handle by an experienced exporter or the supplier and be happy that they arrive in good health.

We get slightly coloured water during the dry season and no amount of filtering will clean it (it's super fine sand).
We use Aluminum Sulphate (readily available) as a clearing agent; it settles the very fine sediment.
We place a small amount in our water tanks and allow to settle; the water is then colourless. Needless to say this is not used for drinking!!
If you don't have water storage tanks then I guess you'll need to try a filter?
Sadly it is not only during dry season. As far as I know we do not have a water tank, except it is build under ground.
Will try the filter before having to go for a more costly solution.

Is the water from the village supply or a bore? Do you have a water pump? Does the water smell at all?
A simple sediment filter on the incoming supply may be sufficient and is reasonably cheap. It will however reduce your water pressure somewhat which could be a problem if it's marginal to start with.
Sorry for my late response.. The water is coming from PEA. We do have a broken water pump, which the landlord refuses to fix. The water does not smell and is only sometimes brown. You can only see the brown color if you let it flow into the bathtub.
We will most likely go with a sediment filter from Mega Home. They will as well install it. Only issue would be the water pressure. It can be very low at times.

No need to run back to BKK. You can get another one at the immigration at your departure point

Not sure if this is the right forum so please move if necessary.
I am living in a rented older house countryside and since a few month the water is sometime getting brown. Not too bad but slightly annoying. Furthermore now my white close is getting colored.
Now my question. Does anyone know how to get the water clear again without investing too much money? As said it is rented and the landlord does not really care much about the house or is interested in repairing anything.
it seems as well that the house does not have a water tank. This might be a reason, not sure.
Our time here is limited so any advise on the cheaper side would be appreciated.

I think there is no guarantee, but worth a try. Invitation letter, stating the reason for travel and the relationship can help. Furthermore all details of the flight, as she will apply for a tourist and not a visitor visa.
She should get a letter from her company, stating that her job will be secured and waiting until she returns, furthermore she will provide her ban account details and information in regards to her willing to come back.
The German Embassy is tough but for a very good reason. If she can provide a legitimate reason and story line, then the chances are good that she will receive a Visa.

The GTCC is celebrating Oktoberfest at the Hilton Millennium this Friday. 6:30pm onwards. Entrance fee is THB 2000 for non-members. Not sure if there are any restrictions in regards to how many they let in but if you wanna celebrate in German style.

It should be no problem. We did the same in the beginning until my wife was not given anymore milk. Our hospital recommend NAN HA 1 for feeding milk and until today it works very well. Be aware that there are two different ones available in the market NAN HA 1 and NAN HA 1 pro. We use only the HA 1. Our little one is keeping it in and he seems to like it.
Hope your little one is getting better and stronger daily.

Bulgaria is, as far as I know, not yet part of the Schengen area.
http://www.euractiv.com/justice/bulgaria-admits-schengen-accessi-news-532883
You are right. They are not a full member yet, but they are bound by it. That means still passport control but, as far as I understood, no extra visa.
-
As he has a Passport of the USA he can enter the Schengen Area without a Visa. Bulgaria is in the Schengen Area since end of 2012. I might be mistaken, but he should be able to visit Bulgaria without a Visa for a period of 3 month.

My Daughter works for the company in Australia, she said you can order from Singapore the full range of flavours
We tried to order through Nespresso Club. No chance. Nespresso wants to see that you have a valid import license for coffee before shipping. Otherwise it will not be sent out.
Now we ask friends and family to bring some when they visit or send via post. No issues so far.

Depends on what you are willing to spend and what quality you like. From THB 1500 up. We bought, I think a decent one, for around THB 5000 after discount. Ours is from Camera Baby.

Not a long time ago in the west they had slower and fewer cars and not such a bad car accident statistic then in Thailand.

I would never let my baby in the car without the proper seats. For me letting my child be in the car without proper seats is like Russian roulette. Being at the wrong time at the wrong place and your baby is dead. I could and would not want to live with that burden. I know a lot of people in Thailand are ignorant to the fact that they are playing with their child's live.

Happened to me more then once. Usually only when I am in a hurry and just want to get some soda. Not with food stuff yet. But it is not only 7 but happened as well in Tesco Express and Big C mini. I do think they would work according to a worldwide standard, which would mean the supplier is not allowed to send anything to their stores, which will expire within 3 month, except fresh items.
On the other hand I know as well the staff does not care about FIFO principals or even common sense or company policy. O well, I maybe will learn it the hard way or never.

Why not doing it through the Bangkok Bank in the UK. As far as I know this would be the most efficient way to do it. In the UK it is just a local transfer. Not sure about the commission Bangkok Bank is taking but they will transfer it directly to your Bangkok Bank account in Thailand.

Thank you all for your feedback. I have tried and contact one of them, which was not even going into the details of my request. Therefore I have up and spend half a day to do it myself.
