How does that work? 5 warrants for 4 people. 

So they probably keep one blank to be filled out later. They probably are all blank. 

On Friday 23rd I checked my status with imagration website tm30. It said Aproved after waiting 6 weeks. But I have not received the email with my username and password. 

Is the username random that imagration gives or is it passport number or email or something. 

I noticed on their website you can select "forgot password " but you need username and email. 

I could try calling but heard they don't answer. Could go in but don't want to spend all day in line at Changwatana.

I prefer to stay hopeful. 

When I did my 90 day report online this month my aproval was done in 1 day but email came 5 days later. 

On the tm30 subject people said email confirmation came with in a hour. But as I posted mine came a couple of days just to confirm email. 

Please post here when you do get your username and password and how many days after confirmation.

Today I checked my status online and it said aproved. But I didn't get email yet with password and username. 

Checked spam but maybe email is delayed from aproval. 

It took about 30 something working days. Roughly one and a half months with all the holidays and weakends. 

So maybe it will take a bit more to get username and password 

I was looking for nicotine patches the other day and no one had them only gum. 

I went to 2 Boots Pharmacy and 3 Bangkok Pharmacy. The last bangkok Pharmacy said they don't have anymore after checking on the computer. She suggested the hospital.

Been a month now still no username or password 

I've been waiting for a month now for my password and username.

I'm in Bangkok and go to Changwatana imagration division 1 I believe. But when I check my status online it says waiting aproval from imagration division 2.

All I know is it's been alot longer than 7 working days. 

I'm a US citizen here on a exstension of stay based on marriage. I'm doing 40,000 baht monthly deposits to my thai bank. 

If I get a reentry stamp and go back to America for 2 months do I still have to have 40,000 baht deosits for those 2 months?

On the website to check status it says still waiting to confirm email. 

Also I don't know if it matters but I always go to Changwatana imagration division 1. But when I filled out my address it has imagration division 2.

My tm30 receipt that I had to do in person at cw has landlord name renting to my name. 

Last week I went to 4 grungthep Pharmacy branches (Bangkok Pharmacy) and a Boots Pharmacy but none of them stock the nicotine patches anymore only nicotine gum. After the 3rd visit they said no more. 

I wanted to try quiting cigarettes with the help of the patch but it seems the major brand pharmacies stopped caring them in my area.

I'm sorry I just checked about the message. He got all the way through to the application is being processed...  But later was not approved online so he did it in person at Changwatana. 

But I will let him know that he should be entering non-immigrant not tourist for any future paperwork.

There is no type of visa selection when doing the online application for a 90 day report so that would not be the cause of the problem.

He is getting the message to contact his local office due his record not being found in the database the system accesses. There are many reasons for that come up. The most common one is an error when completing page one. Best to only complete the required info marked by a red asterisk.

I suggest he check the last few pages of the pinned topic for online reporting for more info about it.

On the online application i believe on the second step it asks for what visa arived on and and date of permit to stay along with the address. 

The first step asks for passport number name and travel info tm6 after submitting first step then I believe it askes on 2nd. 

If someone arived with a tourist visa. Then changed for a exstension of stay based on retirement. On the tm47 what box should be checked tourist or non-immigrant? 

I'm asking for a friend because he has always checked the tourist because that is what he arived on. He always does the 90day report in person at imagration. But recently tried to do online but it informs him to go in person. I'm wondering if the visa on arrival he is checking could be the problem with the online reporting. 

What imagration office did you use? 

I was told to do a tm 30 in January when I went to Changwatana for exstension based on marriage. I filled out the info myself with landlord's address and the condo info plus my passport info. And gave tm 30 with copies of lease and owner's id plus copies of all my pasport info. Then paid 800 baht. That was easy enough landlord didn't have to be there. 

The tm 30 was easy enough for me to do my self with the right info on the land lord. But the officer handling the extension wanted more like blue book and chanote from landlord. Lived at condo for a couple years never been asked before. 

I was talking to my Bangkok Bank and they said if I wanted a print out of the last 12 month's deposits I would have to wait 4 to 5 days. He suggested get one every 6 months so they can do the same day. 

Would that work? 

Example 

1 print for Feb-july

Then

1 print for Aug-Jan

Plus bank letter of account
