So it is OK for the authorities to take the law into their own hands and kick someone in the head ? It is ridiculous to allow,or condone, such actions by those whose job it is to enforce, and comply with, the law. Absolutely no sympathy for the thug - but the law is there to deal with him.

I do hate inverted snobbery. Buy what you like; if you don't have money (or don't want to pay) then don't buy premium products. I paid £25 for a burger in Covent Garden and was disappointed - not a patch on the 120 Baht version available at my local bar in Thailand. I have also paid £90 for a bottle of wine which was worth every Penny.
