Hello people, I've recently started teaching in Mukdahan, & am looking for interesting places to go for a couple of beers & meet people, the only place I've found so far only has 33cl bottles of beer & charges 75 Baht for them, unfortunately I'm not interested in paying British beer prices in Isaan, so if anyone has any more sensible suggestions I'd love to hear them...

They poop & another dog comes behind them and eats it, an unsavory truth, I've watched them do this in my village.....

 The poor by definition aren't going to have the income to borrow money from the banks, & if the banks lend them any they're not going to pay it back as they're poor.

 So to do anything about the financial inequalities the banks need to give the poor enough money so that they're not poor anymore...

 Banks giving away money? not in a million years even in Amazing Thailand...

Possibly because the "Elites" like Whiskey but haven't developed a taste for wine, so therefore Wine is for Farangs so tax it to the hilt. Plus of course the local booze monopolies don't make it, so don't want the locals getting a taste for it....
