  1. Fareastguy: I try another theory, maybe one of microswitches inside the motor block are break.

It control the upper and lower position of the brewing group piston.

If the microswitches are not in proper position or did not work properly ( in stand-by mode one microswitch must to be shut on and the other one shut off) the mother board will get a signal of error even if the piston position it's correct.

I don't know how difficult will be to remove the motor block from your machine but in effect this issue match with to many fault and only a touch of luck will help you, if you want to persevere to fix it.

  2. There is confusion between the meaning of "ENTER BEFORE DATE" and the stamp " VALID UNTIL........".

When you get your visa you have a date to use it before expire, if your visa has an "ENTER BEFORE DATE" 30 April 2012 meaning you have to travel to the country who issued the visa before 30 April 2012, from your first entry you will start to count the days of stay checking only the immigration/border stamp "VALID UNTIL....."

  3. Hi, Whoppe78, depend by your budget and by your interest in any after sale service but in Bangkok you can find many companies specialized in these items.

Aroma in Sukhumvit 39, Bluekoff in Lad Prao, Boncafe' ( I don't remember the address) , just check their web site, these are the biggest companies which can sale coffee machines and coffee offering to you even an eventually warranty or at least an after sale service.

We are a small company but we are focused in high end products.

  4. I have a regular simultaneous connection issue at home.

I use a wifi router supplied by TRUE, I never thought ( I'm negate in IT) it could be a problem of the router, I basically blamed TRUE for low standard signal but maybe thanks to this OP I realized I can solve this problem more easily than I ever thought, just put my hand in the pocketsmile.png .

Any suggestion for a place where to buy a new router and even get proper info to configure it?

    Thanks

Firstly, if I were you, I would want to 'specifically' identify the problem and its cause, computers and their components can be technical. True issues its users WiFi modem/routers?

If you would list the specific symptoms of the problems you are having, more than likely the computer savvy guys on this forum can give you excellent remedies.

To buy my WiFi router, I am going to start looking at Power Buy and on the IT section at the mall.

I have a wireless modem/router, a desktop computer wired connected and a laptop wifi connected.

When I'm using the desktop I basically get internet connection but once switch on the laptop I loosing the internet connection on the desktop, or become so slow which is impossible to simply open any web page.

This issue it's often solved just switching off the modem/router and restart it again, but sometimes this is not enough.

The TRUE technician came to verify this problem, told me that maybe the transformer of the modem/router it's going to supply less power/tension than standard value i have no idea if this diagnosis could be get as valid one, anyway he suggested to buy another one but not from TRUEgiggle.gif

  6. I really don't know if the Immigration Department is monitoring this forum, but in case it true I'd like to say that: to improve Thailand I will increase the Immigration Department staff salary.......whistling.gif

Frankly I have not idea exactly what I can do for improve Thailand, for sure not to convince them that I can improve Thailand.

  7. Tongue Thaied.....nice to know you are a "coffee lover", I read some of your replies around TV

Will be nice to share some experience in the future, by the way what's equipment do you own?

Don't worry,I don't want to sale you anythingwink.png but I was only curious.

  8. Quickmill...I realise you are honest and knowledgeable about your products. I was sorry I could not deal with you.

your compliment make me glad, basically it's the first public compliment i got, I go to party with a cappuccinobiggrin.png

Now you do disappoint me..A true Italian like you only drinks small cups of esspresso with the only addition a large shot of Grappa....Si.

not in working hours, but a Spritz ( Aperol+Prosecco) after work is a must

  10. Hi Paulbrun, unfortunally we are located only in Bangkok, so I guess you prefer a closer supplier.

I hope soon to get positives reviews as Broomers didsmile.png

Which is a pity as when you advertised your special on your auto machine I was looking for one as my old machine was in its last legs and may have stretched it to that but you said it was Bangkock only so I got the manual machine I had been looking at before here.

Hi Harrry, yes the special offer was only for Bangkok and I tell you why.

Believe me or not I keep my profit very honest and every special offer include anyway the warranty 1 year fully warranty on site+ 2 years for main parts.

Even if I know that the reliability of our products it's quite constant, I prefer anyway to avoid unpleasant situation and offer a special price even for outside Bangkok could be a wrong commercial policy especially in case of huge selling volume because I like to keep my words always.

My previous answer to Paulbrun has been only an information regarding the capsule coffee machine not all our products.

The official price list it's for ALL Thailand.

  11. Goodmoring Fareastguy,

Actually my only idea is to warmly recommend you a trip to a Saeco service center.

What pictures showed are not the parts you are guessing.

Picture1: the couple of brown small cylinder are thermostats not heating element

Picture4: the parts you call probes are the ends of heating element

Basically you don't need a savvy coffee machine engineer, is more useful a young boy but with the proper knowledge about "this" machine and it's symptoms and cause of malfunction, in brief a Saeco technician at Boncafe', last time I went there to buy a spare part they has the table loaded of similar machines waiting to be repaired, they know how to deal with it.

    Cheers

  12. If you already dis-assembling your machine it's a good beginning biggrin.png .

If there is not a reset thermostat I guess should there is a thermo fuse.

Usually a Thermo fuse or thermal fuse seems a resistor with wires connected to the ends, just type thermal fuse on google to see it.

I think the single cable you found, who entering the body of cylinder, it's a temperature probe.

Even Harrry gave to you a good advice, in effect some ( remember i don't know this machine so take my words with caution) fully auto machine has a coffee ground tunnel with a dosing system( and a micro switch to) that in case it stick, nothing works.

Once more time good lucksmile.png .

  13. I can only give to you some generic suggestion due to I don't know that specific machine.

In effect I don't know if that machine has a stats or thermo fuse or other temperature control device such as a probe, so in case you want to try to inspect the machine you must to be sure you can even verify the status of the devices and you need a multimeter.

Anyway a re settable temp stats look like a small ceramic cilinder with 2 faston connector and a small button on the top.

It's usually attached to the water boiler or thermoblock surface.

In OFF position ( meaning the temperature has gone higher than safety limit) the small button go up and you have to push it down ( should do a "click" sound).

In case it happen you have to verify even why the temperature has gone over the limit or maybe you will create a danger situation, once you found the cause and solve it you can safety plugged in the machine again.

Reading the user manual it's mentioned only that in this case ( top and bottom light flashing after 30 secs) you should to contact the service center, so maybe it's a problem they know involve a partial disassembling of the machine, often not easy to do, hoping some members will be useful more than me.

    Good luck
