This shouldn't be "exclusive". It should be universally covered

LOL. I think one had to be stoned to understand or like Head. I thought it was <deleted> but that's just me. I loved the Monkees bigly since I first heard I'm a believer. Bought all the albums.
The tv show was a must see.
One of the great things about them was they appeared to be having fun, and not taking themselves seriously. It's when they started taking themselves seriously that it was the beginning of the end. Somewhat ironic that they were replaced by an animated group, because the guy that created them got so PO at them for wanting to make their own music.
RIP Peter, time to join that fab group in heaven- getting larger all the time.
Ok ya got me there, I was stoned, hash I think. Medford Oregon visiting bro. It was on CBS late movie, bro & wife had gone to bed. Maybe along lines of "how good a loaf of bread looks depends on how hungry you are".

"The next government has been urged to lift undue restrictions on freedom of expression.."
How about urge the current government? Could be done with stroke of a pen thanks to Article 44.

Not sure what is more annoying. Noisy Chinese, drunk Russians, stinky western beg packers or mongering western retirees. But we know who spend most from them. ????
Suggest you ration out your annoyance to keep what shred of sanity you may possess. Assign different days of the week to different groups: Monday and Thursday for Russians, Tuesday Saturday for Chinese, Wednesday Sunday for beg packers, Friday for retirees. May adjust days depending on which group is predominant in your locale. For me in Jomtien, it is Russians that make up the numbers

" "We're waiting for a report by people who weren't elected," Trump said of the Mueller report, "
There are two million federal employees, not counting postal workers. Does Trump want all federal employees to be elected? New amendment? Need to remind Trump that his daughter, son in law, incompetent heads of cabinets, etc weren't elected either. If Ivanka and Jared had been on ballot ticket, Trump would have lost even electoral college.
Oh, for those EC supporters, I did a little math (hopefully correct) it takes 6 votes in California to equal 1 in Montana. Is that fair?

" Russia kept its status as the most important market among non-Asian countries ..."
Take a look at a map. 77% of Russia land mass is in Asia. You can google that if you need confirmation.

Jared ain't the one to worry about. Trump is lucky he wasn't subject to security clearance investigation. It's proven he has already given Russians state secrets, ours and allies.

"Russia: February 2018 New START declaration: 1,444 strategic warheads deployed on 527 ICBMs, SLBMs, and strategic bombers."
Get 1,444 pins and map of USA. Start sticking. "Gee, ya think we ought to hit DC?" So many nukes expect at least 5 or ten; same LA, NY etc

Doesn't really offer any useful concrete methods other than vague "work together" blah blah. Most of my teaching career was severely emotionally disturbed, ages 14-21 at public high school in USA. I would estimate about 75% were members of Crips or Bloods, African American violent gangs.
It is true you can't control them. I wouldn't want to. Goal is to teach them to control themselves, make rational choices, take responsibility for their lives. Not easy. Treat them with respect, involve them in rule making and consequence setting. We want them to grow into responsible adults and I believe that is what school is for. It's not a prison. Of course it was hard sailing and they were a handful, blow ups go with territory. Humor helps. I never felt particularly in danger even tho many were hard core. Out of 15-20 case load, average 1 per year would be involved either murdered, kill someone or kill self (guns, of course. This was USA).
If teachers out there are experiencing discipline, there is a quick and fairly effective program available: Assertive Discipline and Beyond (I used bits of this along with democracy in the classroom Adlerian model)

Would be nice if all buses had major stops listed in English on the sides. My Thai reading skills aren't so hot. A few do have English, to their credit
