Too many people are diversifying their drinking habits from Singha and Chang. This will not be tolerated

Dear @yourauntbob, really appreciate your report. Some of us have comments and questions. It would be great if you'd follow up. See jackdd's comment and question above. I'm curious of your reply to his assertion and question.
I'd like to know how crowded the planes were and the Doha airport. I'm not really wanting to leave Thailand as there would be a major increase to my cost of living and there aren't any/many jobs available to us dudes over 65. But, I'd really like to know how crowded they are (and did the flight attendants really wear hazmat suits the whole way)?
@AgMech CowboySorry, I have not had a chance to return to the thread, been busy getting settled.
The first plane we took was about 70% full, there were for sure some empty seats but far from empty (in coach at least). There was enough room for the third person in our section (3 across) to move so we (my wife and I) had a seat between us to use. Id say most sections of 3 seats had 2 people. A few had a row to themselves but not many. The second flight from Qatar to Chicago was close to empty. Just about everyone had a section of 3 seats to themselves (with a few exceptions).
The flight staff had masks and shields for most of the trip when walking the isles. When i would go back to stretch my legs (and refresh my drink) they typically had the mask down as they spoke with one another. Would scurry to cover up for appearance sake. Im not sure if it was because the second flight was empty, but the staff really didnt say much when i was in my seat without the shield on. I did see them comment to people who were walking up or down the isles to put a face covering on (which i always did as to not cause a argument).
There was no temperature check at any of the airports pre or post boarding. Upon arrival in Chicago there was no questions asked about where we have been or have we had fever or anything really. In all the airports I was bare face and not a single time did anyone say anything to me about it. I was told at each gate i would need to put one on to board the plane and it should remain on during the flight unless eating or drinking. The vast majority of people in the airport did have face coverings but i did see a few who were also walking without a mask.
Im happy to address any other specific questions if something wasnt covered.
Edit: almost forgot, the weirdest thing was that after all the hype of social distancing etc, when we arrived in DOHA they jammed half the passengers into two shuttles instead of docking at a gate. This made no sense to me since the airport was empty and there were plenty of gates open.

Yet to see anyone post about leaving the country since covid so figured I'd quickly share my experience.
Flew out late Sunday night (Monday morning) via Qatar. Airport was basically empty There were no temperature checks or really anything safety controls. I personally didn't mind as I find this whole situation overblown. Anyway, took about no time at all to get from walking in the airport to migration. After the normal flip through ofy passport and picture I was told to follow an IO. Was a bit worried when I was taken to a stand behind the counter which is for overstay. Had an IO go back through my passport for a few minutes and was called to collect my passport. Upon review there was an overstay card but the stamp on Thai simply says that no issues as overstay was due to covid (wife read). Attached is a picture of the card.
Qatar passed out face shields and required everyone to wear one for the board and flight but seemed they were ok with either make or shield, no need for both.
Hope this helps anyone getting ready to leave.

Given the rubbish you are posting, I have to wonder how many times you have been kicked in the head.
I take it by your post, you have no actual argument to anything stated.

Face screens are well documented as useless, wear a mask or nothing
Masks are also documented as useless.

Im shocked, who would have thought that if you print tons of money to artificially depress the value of your currency that prices of real goods and services would rise? Its almost like the laws of economics work in Thailand just as they apply everywhere lese.

Asymptomatic transmission is statistically zero (WHO), 37 days since last domestic case, 14 day quarantine for incoming citizens, ban on all tourists. Oh, and for people under 18, a statically ZERO mortality rate from the virus worldwide, (yes, there have been a few that had pre-existing conditions).
<deleted> is the use of all this other than to further brainwash the kids into a "new normal."

Are there many of these exclusive "rich people only" gated communities in the US?
Genuine question btw not trying to score points.
Gated communities in the USA are not common although private roads are not uncommon.

Assuming people are protesting on the public road in front of someone's property.
not a public road, the broke through the gate and were on a private road in private property.

i'm happy i'm not american! plz, don't offense if you are, but i can't understand your fascination for guns! it seems, you haven't ever heard the word DIALOGUE!
We have also heard the word "tyranny"
The 2nd amendment isnt about hunting or protection from fellow citizens (though those are added bonuses), its about protecting yourself from the government. The last few months has shown the government can easily whip up an excuse to jail people in their own homes.

These people were not rioting, or looting or burning, it was a peaceful protest.
If worried wait inside and have your escape/defense ready, not become confrontational out front and risk stirring people up.
So wait until its too late? You are seriously saying if a mob of people who have been on the news burning down buildings was at your doorstep you would just let them trash your property and allow your loved ones to be at risk?

Nobody should be "prime minister"

it's called risk mitigation or prevention if one is infected and is sitting next to your table.
Would you like that .... no of course not. Wearing a mask will help and decrease the chance of you catching the virus from another person as they may cough next to you.
Its called people control. A cloth mask does nothing to stopping a microscopic virus from entering your body. If you're scared, stay home. If you venture out, know there are risks.

A cashless society is fine, as long as the digital money is not centrally controlled by banks or the government.
The odds that governments world wide would not interfere with a digital currency, even one created outside of them, is a pipe dream. As soon as one took hold they would regulate it until it was monopolized by the state.

For all the reasons listed above, just wire it in. the $25 - $100 (depending on your bank) in fees is well worth the worry, headaches, and potential loss.

given that customers who drink alcohol are likely to be lax in observing disease control measures such as social distancing.
Where is the study the study that shows this? We all hear about social distancing but there is not a shred of evidence that staying 2 meters away does anything to control the spread of the virus. A sneeze can travel 6 meters easy and stay in the air for 10+ minutes.
the more people are tested the more we find out that many more people than realized already have had this flu and have since recovered from any effects. all the extra BS people have been through and all the coming BS that the overlords will put us through will do nothing to prevent a microscopic organism from running its natural course.

If you have Antifa type folks leading these rallys then is not the ordinary citizen allowed to protest about the protest?
If I do, does that make me far right, when I'm just exercising my right to free speech as an ordinary citizen?
Mostly I think it's about power, influence and money in some countries.
Far right seems to be the catch cry of those Marxist liberals wanting to impose their views on the rest of the population. That and calling them a racist.
I'm fed up with it to be honest. I'll probably end up like the other old ba*tard who tripped and fell on his ars*.
Probably he should have been wearing a cycle helmet.
Note to self about that...You got a point. they have called everyone racist soo much it no longer has meaning. Now they need a new name to call people to silence them when they cant argue ideas. "far right" seems to be the recent one of choice. this way you need to first argue your way out of that classification and "prove" your not one of those dreadful souls.

Why is it all the headlines anymore classify anyone who doesn't drink the socialist kool-aid as "far right." It's crazy what the narrative has turned into. If you protest being locked in your house you are considered "far right." But I have yet to see a single headline about the "far left" who are burning down buildings.

Trump slams Facebook, Twitter for taking down Biden story in NY Post

What they dont like. Facts, science, evidence, and most other matters of importance have little to do with what they censor. if they censored fake news then why did these stories get through::
Covington Catholic / Nick Sandman
Jussie Smollett
Trump Russia Collusion Story
Bubba Wallace
Kavanaugh Hoax
All of the above (and many more) were never censored even when they were not confirmed.
The left no longer has an argument. Read though the posts here and everywhere else and its a giant echo chamber. All you see is efforts to discredit the source and not the content, You wanna know how i know you (collectively) fall victim to propaganda? Your answers are always the same (depending on what side of the isle you're on.
Wake up people, the government is not telling you the truth, the corporate media is not a trusted source, and it doesnt matter if Trump or Biden wins. If voting made a difference they wouldnt let you do it.
