I know more than one family who has a pit bull and small children. They refuse to listen to me when I tell them of the dangers of the dog. Oh well. I'm sure they have enough amulets to protect everyone.
I know one guy that has 2 pitbulls that are huge, their heads would have to be 12/15 inches across and he has a couple of little kids...but they are so friendly and sweet and not a bad bone in their body.

It gets even worse when a dozen or so agents are selling the same block and if it is a big expensive block, they all want a cut no matter what.
We have had same thing, not owners but saying they are. We simply will not deal with them and ask to speak with the owner direct and see titles and copies of id's, if not forthcoming we walk away, unless it is something we really want. Usually they will come to the party if they risk losing a possible genuine sale.
And even worse are the ones that ask you when you are selling, so they obviously do it with others, if you want 3 million baht, they will try to sell it for 3.5 or 4 even and try to keep the balance. The annoying thing with this is that a buyer might walk away from 4 if cannot afford or deems to expensive, or just not enquire any further at all, but they could afford 3.

I think the only time a woman may find that notice offensive, if she were a freelancer out on the pull.
Could prove bad for business and perhaps that establishment have had problems in the past and this is the reason that notice is displayed?

I would like someone to convince me it does work as it might help, but I am not into hogwash.
I remember as a kid watching people fall asleep on telly at the wave of a wand or the swing of a clock or click of some fingers....always wondered if it was for real or not, but could not believe it was.
I don't need hypnotherapy to convince me to wear pink furry knickers.

A friend in a spot has questioned me about sole custody of his kids here in Los.
I have read a few stories, but never paid much attention to them and the full details.
He is not married and is on birth certificates etc and his partner is willing to give sole custody without any argument.
I was kind of under the impression that this could be done at the Amphur, but have also seen reference to only being granted at court, but this also stated that it was if the partners are unwilling to sign over without dispute etc.
Any advice welcome.

I do not believe anyone can put you into a trance at their suggestion.
You have to fully cooperate with it. All hypnosis is in a sense self-hypnosis. The hypnotherapist just guides you in the process, and also provides the desired suggestions once you are in deep trance.
So its brainwashing and he could suggest anything and if I was weak minded, say like a smoker, then I would believe him and perhaps believe I was buggered by Father Joseph when it was just a story.

OP, if a womans ability to bake cakes is how you judge her morality and ability to be loyal and respectful..then..well..tbh...i think you are a bit deluded...
If im baking and i am wearing 100% only what God gave me and an apron, i doesnt affect my ability to be loyal and faithful to my boyfriend. Although funnily enough, those kinds of fun antics, do however, help HIM to remain loyal and faithful to me. HAHA!

I'm sorry if you disagree. I have no desire to cause controversy.
For me, a woman who bakes cakes is a motherly woman. In my experience, a motherly woman will never cheat or show disrespect or be disloyal.
I have another term, too. I use this term for woman who do not show loyalty and respect to their men.
The term I use is this: women who flaunt themselves and think about men's bodies..
