Would it be important to show the house deeds in her name translated from Thai to English as wanting to get this done quickly without having to spend time with translations I expect showing we will not stay in the UK would be a concern and as we cannot show we have work in Thailand it is a concern that they might think we might not come back to Thailand

Many thanks again for this info We can renew on our return which will save time/stress -
I can show funds which will easily be enough for a 2 week trip The only concern we have is not being able to show why we would return to Thailand as we both have no work commitments . Translating a house ownership from Thai to English can be done on the day i expect? Might not need any of this though

Many thanks and we could say we are going to stay at our parents in the UK if that is needed Would we need to show any form of income as we do not work but have savings Would my wife need an interview to show how she can support herself or would a certain sum of money in her bank account work? Trying to make it as easy as possible without her getting refused a visa with such little time Many thanks

Yes thanks but this can be done on return when we have more time if it is not needed now. No point in having to make a special trip 6 hours each way to Bangkok if from what i have read people say you don't need to do it Might stay for a few days on our return in Bangkok which would be easier than doing it just before we go and get the Passport delayed -
I am planning a short 2 week trip to the UK at the end of June/July and wanting to know the easiest/quickest way to get her a visa We married in the UK but she has not got a UK passport only Thai Is there an easy way to do this. She has 2 houses in her name in Thailand to show we are not going to stay in the UK beyond the 2 weeks Any help will be great as trying not to have to go to Bangkok for any interview unless needed

Planning a trip to the UK end of June Just noticed my son who has dual nationality is going to have an expired UK passport in October Will he be able to leave Thailand on his Thai pp and enter the UK with his soon to expire UK pp? Really don't want the hassle of going to Bangkok if i can help it. I have looked and it says you need at least 6 months before expiry but also see other people say as long as its not expired you can enter the UK without any problems and we are only going for 2-3 weeks

After searching I keep finding answers like this. Anyone else gone for a fiberglass pool rather than a tiled concrete pool?
-
Would prefer a concrete pool so I can get the exact size/shape /depth I would like but starting to see lot's of advantages with fiberglass pools. Vinyl pools I am told to avoid and probably are the least desirable to me at least. Salt chlorinator pools I am told work best with fiberglass pools.
-
Just starting to get a few quotes for a concrete pool with salt chlorinator and keep getting builders saying the fiberglass ones are better. I understand they are quicker and can get a quick profit but everything i read is saying i should go for fiberglass The concrete pools look like they are higher maintenance and thinking about it a few pools i have seen that are tiled have tiles missing Much prefer the look of a tiled concrete pool but could do without extra maintenance Really not worried about the time it will take as we are in the middle of building a house so no rush

Pool idea 10m x 4m is 1.2-1.5m deep enough
