  1. And are these women being unfaithful with Asian men, in which case 99% of the condoms sold will be extra small, or are they selling lots of Farang XXX large? I think we should be told.

Why are you making racist comments towards thai men? Durex condoms fit the average farang man under 7, the dirk digglers here can go home because if your not a nightworker, most thai girls arent size freaks.......

  2. I've had virgins before in the east and just because she has had 1 boyfriend before me does not make her 'used goods at tesco'. I cant count the number of times I've seen god ugly women over 30 with rich business owners in thailand and sometimes women working the night are married to these rich idiots who stay in thailand, women who've been with over 1000 men before they gave up the WOP and got married to you!

Bulgaria is a very poor country and isaan is also poor so we can empathize and I'm happy to be with a beautiful hearted woman.

  3. dam_n boy, you trying to hard.

You are an 18yo, pretty boy, boxer...according to you.

Hanging out in random bars with crusty old guys is no way to spend time in your new city.

18 and finished school limits your future - go back to school - thats where all the other 18 year olds are at.

What secondary english options are there near bangkok? And im not trying hard, at all. You obviously dont like who i am which i retort in saying dont message in my threads.

    Your funny, kid.

If I was 18, I wouldn't be asking a bunch of random Internet guys how to make friends. I'd be out making them.

If I wasn't in school, I'd be skateboarding at Esplanade, dancing at RCA, playing some team sports, learning Thai, exploring the city, taking photographs...all while wearing my baseball cap backwards and wearing my Dr Dre headphones...because that's what 18 year olds do.

...actually, thats pretty much what I do now.

Its great being over 30 and still living at your fullest youth, they see 35 is the new 17 right? RCA, GIRLS and LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION and some nice treks in national parks will keep you occupied. Let me know if you need a friend, most of these idiots on here dont have any so they are just putting you down bud...

  4. while we're at it, might as well include some penalty for the disgusting habit of cab drivers opening the driver side door to spit on the road at traffic lights or when stationary... winder what makes them want to spit so much....hmm...

We have a driver at our temple in Lopburi, been our driver for approx. 5 years, he has got to constantly open the window and spit. In a 30 min drive, he will roll down his window and spit at least 10 times. It's disgusting. bah.gif

    Don't use him

    Dont use HIM?

  5. I have a double entry tourist visa and still dont understand WHEN I must leave and HOW many months I will get when I come back. On the actual Tourist Visa it says ENTER before October 30, 2012 but on the stamp it says the from July 29 to September 28? I dont want to get a 1 month extension for 1900 baht and I stay near the cambodian border with sisaket. If I leave and re enter the kingdom in thailand before this next week september 28 will they stamp me in for another 2 months or will they only let me stay until October 30? Please help! Last forum I posted nobody gave me a clear answer, sorry I come from Bulgaria and my english not perfect! thank you!

  6. Me thinks the OP should put less thought on the matter of his lady making an extra 100 baht a day and get his sorry - crybaby arse into a job that pays better if he doesn't like the wages Thailand has to offer.

i agree , a good farang, can take care of lady thai , she not need go job.

shame on the OP , people thai not want poor farang .

    i should know.

    coffee1.gif

Crybaby?, I wasnt asking anyone to feel sorry for ME, I was standing up for the little guy. The Hard workers at Tesco who have NO RIGHTS and get hired on like TEMPS in Australia, etc as someone else mentioned. Assumptions, 1 more on here said my GF was from poor rural Isaan and I was from RICH Australia! Both Wrong! I am from Bulgaria and my girlfriend is from Sisaket. I forgot to mention she is also 23 and smoking hot. After a long day at work she still has enough love in her heart to give me a nice body massage.

She is young and some of you have wives with years of experience and only married you because she was over 30 and to dark and old for the Thai men. I smile at the end of the day atleast knowing I don't have a leach on the bed laying next to me living off your pension...

  7. (Even if this has been falsely attributed, most of the facts and the conclusions are near the bone. It is, undoubtedly, the lack of proper, modern-day scientific and secular education over a century that has sadly led to the usurpation of Islam of today, but is it irreversible? No, but the sure process of them catching up will take a lot more time)

It makes interesting reading... particularly coming from a Pakistani official -- Dr Farrukh Saleem.

The writer is the Pakistani Executive Director of the Center for Research and Security Studies, a think tank established in 2007, and an Islamabad-based freelance columnist.

    Why are Jews so powerful?

There are only 14 million Jews in the world; seven million in the Americas , five million in Asia, two million in Europe and 100,000 in Africa. For every single Jew in the world there are100 Muslims. Yet, Jews are more than a hundred times more powerful

than all the Muslims put together. Ever wondered why?

Jesus of Nazareth was a Jew.

Albert Einstein, the most influential scientist of all time and TIME magazine's 'Person of the Century', was a Jew.

Sigmund Freud, the father of psychoanalysis was a Jew. So were Karl Marx, Paul Samuelson and Milton Friedman.

Here are a few other Jews whose intellectual output has enriched the whole humanity:

Benjamin Rubin gave humanity the vaccinating needle.

Jonas Salk developed the first polio vaccine.

Albert Sabin developed the improved live polio vaccine.

Gertrude Elion gave us a leukaemia fighting drug.

Baruch Blumberg developed the vaccination for Hepatitis B.

Paul Ehrlich discovered a treatment for syphilis.

Elie Metchnikoff won a Nobel Prize in infectious diseases.

Bernard Katz won a Nobel Prize in neuromuscular transmission.

Andrew Schally won a Nobel in endocrinology.

    Aaron Beck founded Cognitive Therapy.

Gregory Pincus developed the first oral contraceptive pill.

George Wald won a Nobel for our understanding of the human eye.

Stanley Cohen won a Nobel in embryology.

Willem Kolff came up with the kidney dialysis machine.

Over the past 105 years,14 million Jews have won 15-dozen Nobel Prizes while only three Nobel Prizes have been won by 1.4 billion Muslims (other than Peace Prizes).

    Why are Jews so powerful?

Stanley Mezor invented the first micro-processing chip.

    Leo Szilard developed the first nuclear chain reactor;

    Peter Schultz, optical fibre cable;

    Charles Adler, traffic lights;

    Benno Strauss, Stainless steel;

    Isador Kisee, sound movies;

    Emile Berliner, telephone microphone;

    Charles Ginsburg, videotape recorder.

Famous financiers in the business world who belong to Jewish faith include

    Ralph Lauren (Polo),

    Levis Strauss (Levi's Jeans),

    Howard Schultz (Starbuck's) ,

    Sergey Brin (Google),

    Michael Dell (Dell Computers),

    Larry Ellison (Oracle),

    Donna Karan (DKNY),

Irv Robbins (Baskins & Robbins) and

    Bill Rosenberg (Dunkin Donuts).

Richard Levin, President of Yale University, is a Jew. So are Henry Kissinger (American secretary of state), Alan Greenspan (Fed chairman under Reagan, Bush, Clinton and Bush), Joseph Lieberman (US Senator), Madeleine Albright (American secretary of state), Casper Weinberger (American secretary of defence), Maxim Litvinov ( USSR foreign Minister), David Marshal ( Singapore 's first chief minister), Issac Isaacs (governor-general of Australia ), Benjamin Disraeli (British statesman and author), Yevgeny Primakov (Russian PM), Barry Goldwater (US Senator), Jorge Sampaio (president of Portugal ), John Deutsch (CIA director), Herb Gray (Canadian deputy PM), Pierre Mendes (French PM), Michael Howard (British home secretary), Bruno Kreisky (chancellor of Austria ) and Robert Rubin (American secretary of treasury).

In the media, famous Jews include Wolf Blitzer (CNN), Barbara Walters (ABC News), Eugene Meyer (Washington Post), Henry Grunwald (editor-in-chief Time), Katherine Graham (publisher of The Washington Post), Joseph Lelyveld (Executive editor, The New York Times), and Max Frankel (New York Times).

The most beneficent philanthropist in the history of the world is George Soros, a Jew, who has so far donated a colossal $4 billion most of which has gone as aid to scientists and universities around the world.

Second to George Soros is Walter Annenberg, another Jew, who has built a hundred libraries by donating an estimated $2 billion.

At the Olympics, Mark Spitz set a record of sorts by winning seven gold medals; Lenny Krayzelburg is a three-time Olympic gold medalist. Spitz, Krayzelburg and Boris Becker (Tennis) are all Jewish.

Did you know that Harrison Ford, George Burns, Tony Curtis, Charles Bronson, Sandra Bullock, Billy Crystal, Woody Allen, Paul Newman, Peter Sellers, Dustin Hoffman, Michael Douglas, Ben Kingsley, Kirk Douglas, Goldie Hawn, Cary Grant, William Shatner, Jerry Lewis and Peter Falk are all Jewish?

As a matter of fact, Hollywood itself was founded by a Jew. Among the directors and producers, Steven Spielberg, Mel Brooks, Oliver Stone, Aaron Spelling ( Beverly Hills 90210), Neil Simon (The Odd Couple), Andrew Vaina (Rambo 1/2/3), Michael Man (Starsky andHutch), Milos Forman (One flew over the Cuckoo's Nest), Douglas Fairbanks (The Thief of Baghdad ) and Ivan Reitman (Ghostbusters) are all Jewish.

So, why are Jews so powerful?

    Answer : EDUCATION!

    Why are Muslims so powerless?

There are an estimated 1,476,233,470 Muslims on the face of the planet: one billion in Asia, 400 million in Africa, 44 million in Europe and six million in the Americas . Every fifth human being is a Muslim; for every single Hindu there are two Muslims, for every Buddhist there are two Muslims and for every Jew there are one hundred Muslims.

Ever wondered why Muslims are so powerless?

Here is why: There are 57 member-countries of the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC), and all of them put together have around 500 universities; one university for every three million Muslims. The United States has 5,758 universities and India has 8,407.

In 2004, Shanghai Jiao Tong University compiled an 'Academic Ranking of World Universities' , and intriguingly, not one university

from Muslim-majority states was in the top-500.

As per data collected by the UNDP, literacy in the Christian world stands at nearly 90 per cent and 15 Christian-majority states have a literacy rate of 100 per cent.

A Muslim-majority state, as a sharp contrast, has an average literacy rate of around 40 per cent and there is no Muslim-majority state with a literacy rate of 100 per cent.

Some 98 per cent of the 'literates' in the Christian world had completed primary school, while less than 50 per cent of the 'literates' in the Muslim world did the same.

Around 40 per cent of the 'literates' in the Christian world attended university while no more than two per cent of the 'literates' in the Muslim world did the same.

Muslim-majority countries have 230 scientists per one million Muslims. The US has 4,000 scientists per million and Japan has 5,000 per million. In the entire Arab world, the total number of full-time researchers is 35,000 and there are only 50 technicians per one million Arabs. (in the Christian world there are up to 1,000 technicians per one million).

Furthermore, the Muslim world spends 0.2 per cent of its GDP on research and development, while the Christian world spends around five per cent of its GDP.

Conclusion: The Muslim world lacks the capacity to produce knowledge!

Daily newspapers per 1,000 people and number of book titles per million are two indicators of whether knowledge is being diffused in a society.

In Pakistan, there are 23 daily newspapers per 1,000 Pakistanis while the same ratio in Singapore is 360. In the UK , the number of book titles per million stands at 2,000 while the same in Egypt is 20.

Conclusion: The Muslim world is failing to diffuse knowledge.

Exports of high technology products as a percentage of total exports are an important indicator of knowledge application. Pakistan's export of high technology products as a percentage of total exports stands at one per cent. The same for Saudi Arabia is 0.3 per cent; Kuwait, Morocco, and Algeria are all at 0.3 per cent, while Singapore is at 58 per cent.

Conclusion: The Muslim world is failing to apply knowledge.

    Why are Muslims powerless?

    .....Because we aren't producing knowledge,

    .....Because we aren't diffusing knowledge.,

    .....Because we aren't applying knowledge.

And, the future belongs to knowledge-based societies.

Interestingly, the combined annual GDP of 57 OIC-countries is under $2 trillion.

America, just by herself, produces goods and services worth $12 trillion; China $8 trillion, Japan $3.8 trillion and Germany $2.4 trillion (purchasing power parity basis).

    Oil rich Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait and Qatar collectively produce goods and services (mostly oil) worth $500 billion;

Spain alone produces goods and services worth over $1 trillion, Catholic Poland $489 billion and Buddhist Thailand $545 billion.

..... (Muslim GDP as a percentage of world GDP is fast declining).

So, why are Muslims so powerless?

    Answer: Lack of education!

All we do is shout to Allah the whole day and blame everyone else for our multiple failures.

Now is it the muslim world or the christian world THAT CONSUMES AND DESTROYS MOST OF OUR NATURAL RESOURCES???

hhhmmmm USA and CHINA are competing for that title of being the most destructive to ALL LIFE on this planet. You seem biases in only observing humans in the food chain homes, u should open up and see the rest of the ecosystems failing to thrive because of US......

  8. We hate hate?

Sounds like they hate the US and Israel to me.

    oc

If this site is all for FREEDOM of speech, whats up with all the hatred towards muslims and thai's on here I've observed?

This spreads to the Rohinga muslims in Burma where they were the victims of torture and genocide some of them escaped to south thailand on a boat where the Thai sOldiers killed them all and threw them in the ocean to starve to death.......

  9. MI have a double re entry tourist visa so I must leave soon and would like to know the nearest exit to sisaket or Kantharalak to cambodia. For my re entry I can just leave Thailand and come back in to activate my 2nd visa right? No need for consulate or a 30 day 1900 baht extension first? 25 us dollars at the border of cambodia still? Thanks for the advice fellaz!

  10. All your replies have one thing in common! ASSUMPTIONS!

You all see the same happy people for years at the same local Lotus because those are the ones who made it through boot camp. The first two weeks are hell and you don't recognize a face that leaves after the first day or even see it in the first place! Believe me I know people working at these stores and if you can imagine working for 30 baht an hour back in the UK at MCdonalds, how would it feel? Atleast western countries have minimum wages and governments that support unions and unemployed people! You look down on me because I don't make much money as a teacher and my girlfriend must work to survive? Obviously she is with me because she loves me and the one who is with you is after your pocket money and she's not working because she leaches off of you. Try telling any on your bar flies to go work at Lotus and I guarantee they will leave your <deleted> in a heart beat.......I'm happy mine had the dignity to never sell her heart for an easy ride......

  11. Has anyone else noticed a change since this regulation started being enforced?

I must say that I never expected this penalty to make any differences. However, every cab I've taken since the onset of this rule has not only used the meter without protest, but taken me directly to my destination without any hassle. I believe I've taken at least five since this regulation came into effect, and each time I was ready with my pen and paper to jot down the plate numbers of those who choose to refuse me or overcharge me. Perhaps I've just been lucky, but considering I've hired all these taxi meters around the same area where I've had the most problems, sometimes being refused by 10 or more drivers, I've been pleasantly surprised at the noticeable change. Hopefully this trend won't fade in the near future.

    You,

    The Taxi Drivers

and the rest of Bangkoks Selfish Overconsuming society need to give yourself a big kiss on the mirror for all the great things you do for Thailand and the fresh clean air we all don't have enough of to breathe......

  12. With the economy on the rise and recent promise of the government to lift the minimum wage to 300 baht per dar FOR ALL companies employing over 50 employees, It is a disgusting showing on incompetency and lack of regard for human rights which is being show by the Execs of Tesco and 7=11, I hope they all burn in a nuclear oven.....

A solar oven would be more enviro friendly.

    biggrin.pngbiggrin.png

Well all I have is a microwave on hand, when you have the money to buy me solar oven please let me know so I can bake the brainless meat out of some these narrow minded sap suckers on here.

By the way, in the last week Tesco has hire 5 new workers and 3 have already quit after a day of work.

They have tons of job openings because over 60 percent of there work force QUITS after the first 1-30 days of employment. 230 baht a day just isnt worth it for back breaking labour and little benefits. I know many of you greedy republicans only shop at 7 and tesco so u must protect your dirty little secret of funding the greed house. While Thailands GREEN house is pretty much non existant, we need more sustainable development and less consumption of energy that these mega stores devour daily like school children at an unnattended candy store.........

  13. She could easily get by on 10k a month and be a full time mum (if she says she "needs" more then she isn't very good at managing money. If memory serves me right from your original thread, she has a reasonably well off family so wouldn't even really need that much if you were hard up for cash in a few years time or something

But of course, it's all depend on how well you wanted to take care of them, as they'd do significantly better with more money, and you'd be a bit of a prick to get her pregnant if you weren't going to look after your son well (but at the end of the day, I think it's more of a troll thread for lolz anyway, ratjer than an issue under serious consideration lol)

I get offers on a yearly basis. With the problem of overpopulation do we really need anymore babies in Thailand! NOOOOOOOOOOOO

  14. Sri Racha tiger zoo, Dusit zoo and Khao Kiow open zoo. Erm apart from that.......

Over 80 percent of the wild tigers LEFT in thailand are found in the Huay Kha Khaeng forest reserve that connects with Burma.

THATS YOUR REAL ANSWER OP, good luck on your nomadic quest and wear a mosquito net!

  15. I can understand the need to keep the place clean but surely that's the job of Pattaya public works department.

What’s the ratio of ex-pats to local volunteers.

Expecting others to clean up a collective problem we've all caused is a cowards excuse. I've wandered the beaches picking up batteries, plastic nets with trapped fish inside, broken bottes, aluminum and don't forget all the toxic waste being dumped by all the Coca Cola Business partners in Rayong?

  16. The Darkside is so good, I go "into town" maybe once every 2 months.

Makes me wonder why I live in Pattaya actually.

We have everything out here, why venture over Suk...

There will be plenty of people who dissagree, that is OK, stay on the Brightside

    Cheers

The bright side always burns eyes! I like the shadows of giant tree's in Huay Kha Kaeng!
