Why would anyone want a Mia Noi when you have Soi Yodsak
Asking for trouble me thinks

Them prices seem a little expensive,
Are the plots on the main 21 road?
which area of Phetchabun are you looking at?
They are off the 21, on a main road, about 20 kilometers from the Center of Phetchabun?
The plot for 600000 is actually 1.1 Rai. (1600 m2 + 400 m2) The other .5 Rai.
Any ideas on costs for fill?
Thanks for the response.
OK,
What is the village/area called?
Our land (for example) is directly on the 2075 road. If you don't know the village/area,s name....Is it North,North East, south of the city centre?
I recently bought 7 rai for 70,000 per rai approx 30 kms from city centre

Also to apply for ILR you would have to show proof of living together in the UK,
i.e gas/electric bills, concil tax, bank statements etc etc, to prove that you actually are living together in the UK.
Seems to me that the visit visa is the right type of visa for your current situation.

Smartecosse,
Hope you did not book the holiday mansion
I did not know that they had demolished it.
They should demolish the link to the hotel from their website.

just cut and fit a thai regulator.

Weho, if anyone could sit shirtless through an entire movie in Royal Garden I'd be very surprised. It wouldn't bother me if they did.
If a restaurant in Royal Garden has a no no-shirtless policy then it's up to the staff to kindly request the customer wears a shirt. If the guys want to wonder around the shops shirtless that should be ok in a beachside mall.
Just enjoy your almond pretzels, and let the management take care of it.
AFAIK The thai people do not do this, it is not correct to do so.
But they should put a sign up and enforce it with the security guards grabbing handfulls of sweaty belly and pointing it out to them.
Come on ..... You don't enjoy the view do you Tropo

Strictly speaking the minimum visa that the British Embassy can issue is indeed a 6 month visit visa,
Did the ECO at BKK put a little attatchment in her passport ( perhaps stapled in )
to say that they would look favourably at the further issuing of visas if she agreed to stay for only 2 weeks?
Also she would be doing nothing wrong in staying for the 6 months duration.
Obviously she must not overstay here one day, that would have severe repercussions on future visa apllications in this instance

I would like to bet that your bank have blocked your card, happened to me a few times now, they put a block on it until you call them and let them know that you are in LOS and that it is indeed you who is drawing money.
On all occassions that this has happened to me, "communication error" was the on screen message

yes the course is the "life in UK " test, follow scouses link above
if you thinkl her English is of a reasonable standard then look purchase a life in the uk book, let her do some swatting and and you should be there.
But her English has to be quite good, a lot of multiple choice answers.

I have a 2007 Isuzu Hi-lander (although I still live in UK, Isuzu in LOS)
My only complaint is that the front seat belt anchor, which is located on the side of the seat, digs into my side , don't notice it on short journeys but you do on long ones.
I ain't a big bloke either, anyone else noticed this?
-
She won't be in any poo poo and doesn't deserve to be in any.
Your husband won't be in the poo poo either. As others have mentioned, it depends on what visa and information supplied by your husband, as to if, she eventually gets a visa.
I wouldn't blame the girl at all in this situation.
Spend your time thinking of other things, not how to bring down your soon to be ex and his new girlfriend.

What is it that you want and why?

Thanks
, probably due to flight and alcohol, not on blood pressure tablets,Have noticed that first thing in a morning my feet tend to be more of a normal size, presumably by me being laid horizontal, the previous night.
Don't get the problem in UK, but I do suffer from cold feet here.
thanks chaps

Hi all,
Why is it that when in LOS my feet tend to balloon up , they don't seem to go down either.
I put some socks on and that didn't do the trick ....just moved the swelling up to my ankles.

Based on the fact that you are out of the main town, I don't think that you will be under any restriction.
You could always ask the local "Pu yai Bahn" if in doubt.
-
I have seen lots of Thai Vultures.....
Mostly in Pattaya though

AFAIK, Local authorities have the power to make there own decisions as to who should and should not pay for ESOL classes, it very much depends on where you live.
For example last year it was free in our area, This year you have to pay £300.00

You say to tour the property, do you mean land?
Yes 7 rai is right on the road with electric and mains pressure water from the local resevoir.
Our village is called" Huai Yai" 30kms NE of the city centre.
