If the proposed charter is really so bad why does anyone need to lie about it (assuming of course that the news report is accurate)
I do understand who would want to lie about it but why not just tell it as it is
Why did Yingluck need to lie about her helicopter not having lights?
Why did PTP need to lie about the Amnesty Bill when they had enough voters to pass it legitimately?
Why did Yingluck lie that the controversial version of the Amnesty Bill had been "killed" when only all the others had but not that one?
Why did Yingluck and several of her hand picked ministers lie over and over again?
Nature of the beast. They can't help themselves. Tell the people anything to get what they want, That's what they've been used to.
Look guys, we all have differing opinions but we are not able to swing votes and nor should we. We are VISITORS and no matter how long we stay we will never be accepted like Thai people would be accepted in our countries. we should at least support eachother.
Love Yingluck or Love Prayuth depends on you but really are any of them really ever caring for Thai people? You and I live with thai people and what support have THEY ever received from either of these 2 camps.

Ok I have 2 Tour guides who own and operate businesses living in my moo baan. They are really nice friendly people and have traveled extensively. One lady married to an ozzie and one man married to a Japanes girl.
the man does NOT do tours with Chinese because of bad experiences. the lady operates a company SOLELY for Chinese and has 10 Private 4 x 4 she uses.
they told me that The Chinese numbers in the past month have HALVED for these reasons:
1. The government was subsidizing the airfares and HOTELS. What they were doing was buying rooms in bulk at a discount from hoteliers and then selling them at a further discount to the Chinese (20% is what both told me)
2. they were also doing the same to the airfares.
Now they have stopped the subsidies and also asked the Chinese to BEHAVE more appropriately and the Chinese have gone looking for greener and cheaper deals elsewhere.
The lady is worried as she says she is no longer making enough to pay her bills.
I also live near where all those bastard STANDARD TOUR buses operate from and that is a CHINESE company. I see they are hardly being used at all and many drivers are laid off.
Would say to me there is some truth in hat I am hearing NOT TIT from TAT

In My country Australia, USA EU people get emergency medical FREE.

What's the problem? This same Permanent Secretary for Labor ML Puntrik Smiti said just yesterday that there were 38,000-45,000 jobs going begging in Thailand each month. So why can't these lay-offs be soaked up with all those job vacancies out there. The Secretary is just making a big issue of devising an "action plan" to make himself look like a hero and a saviour.

A thia degree is equivalent to about grade 4 in any other country

I am so happy in August I am leaving here for GOOD for eternity never to return.
I came to Thailand and ended living in a state worse than NORTH KOREA. Why worse? because I know what to have expected living in Nth Korea. Here I expected THAINESS and smiles.
Now its just HATE US ALL and extrapolate every baht you can and corruption on a scale that varies man to woman office to office. I loved this place and now - even reading this GARBAGE and horror I see why it has become the land of unhappiness and unfriendliness.

So Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnams submarine fleets must be as idotic then ?...what about patrols on the Andaman sea then ?Maybe the Chinese sub IS OK, but to purchase would be idiotic. The gulf waters are too shallow for starters, but if they were not the use is for ?????. Actually during WWII the German U boats only had a safe oprating depth of around 90m, the Gulf of Thailand is around 60-75m water depth..and one could argue u boats did some very sucessful operations..
As regards the criplled old and young not being cared for could one not make the same remarks about the US/UK etc ?
Bunny - U - Boats are over 60 years old now and we have NUCLEAR subs not diesel electric although SOME countries still use them but they too are VERY MODERN and VERY different. They can even go under the ice caps you know.
