Some ultra orthodox Jews that live in Israel are indeed in the coalition of Netanyahu. But that's a minority and are religious radicals with ultra right nationalist inspirations as Bibi and other ultra right settler franchise. The non-ultra orthodox world Jewry (mostly outside Israel) is against the Zionist project as they follow the Torah and the Talmud(s) without concessions. Both groups are not the same.
