Correct, so today we don't have any forensic evidence of any rape since October 7th 2023. Israeli police didn't do any forensic research since October 7th 2023 according to newspapers. UN independent investigators also didn't do any research since October 7th 2023 according to newspapers. Only eye witnesses of Israeli first aid and security forces and some random witnesses.

You just confirmed my point : Medical rescue workers (volunteers) and/or first aid responders have no competence to treat forensic evidence and were never trained to be conclusive in criminal cases. As I've said, it had to be done by independent UN investigators if Israeli police (CSI) didn't do it.

I think that the UN Women Organization doesn't work only on testimonies to be conclusive. They (UN) have to investigate with forensic proof and later on prosecute. Hamas and Gaza franchise attack of 7th of October was only to take hostages and to exchange them against Palestinian hostages taken previously in OPT in prisons on Israeli soil. There was never a massive plan to invade and re-take (as possession) Israeli territory by only +/- 3.500 Gaza militants against some 170.000 regular IDF servicemen and some 465.000 IDF reservists. Again, the 7th of October attacks were made with AK47's, DIY RPG's and paragliders, etc.

So, You tell your neighbors that you will stab them...for whatever reason... To avoid this you tell them that they should move away. If they didn't move away you think that you have the right to stab them to death. If they survive or resist you will justify your intentions and deeds that you've warned them in time... "Defensive" ? I've agreed with many others if you eliminate any criminal civil threats on the spot in Israel or if you chase the intruders back into Gaza. The "offensive" response is out of proportion and also criminal and has been disqualified or rejected multiple times here on AN. IDF has no "offensive" capabilities to start a total war in the region. Everybody is aware of this. IAF started to bomb Lebanon and Syria just after the 7th of October attacks as a panic maneuver. Israel even started to almost menace Russia to hit them later (recorded on RT). This kind of tragic and provocative language and actions of Israel lately are only possible if you get some military backup of US and UK by sending their aircraft carriers. This conflict could have been ended by a hostage swap without mass bombing. This 7th of October conflict has been falsely sold as a total war from Hamas and Gaza franchise to recapture FULL Israeli territory with only +/- 3.000 militants.
