They also have smart lawyers and chose Delaware to file suit for a good reason: One of the few states that have no limit on punitive damages!! Had it 2 weeks ago here in Pattaya......woke up 4am from the sound of my teeth chattering. Went straight to the hospital and diagnosed with Dengue. Dr. said good thing I got there right away. Had an IV, and a few hrs. later sent me home with a "ton" of meds. Had the back pain, headaches, bone soreness and everything else for about a day or so but not long. Went back 3 days later and all I still had was slight upper chest soreness but had x-rays and told I was good to go. Not as bad as last time I had it in Korat in 2014. Young Dr. misdiagnosed me saying I had an oncoming cold!! And 2 days later my 2 friends carried me back into the hospital. Had it so bad I was in there for 4.5 days!

Well 2 weeks ago I went in to get a 30 day extension. When I asked for the TM30, my Residence lady at the front desk said "Dont worry, its in the system just go". So I went and all was in order except guess what? Yes, they said the TM30 wasn't in the system. They asked for the phone number here and they called and after the talk she said come back tomorrow because now your landlord was just fined 1,600b for not reporting me. Immigration lady said they will pay in the morning and for me to come straight to her in the afternoon. They must have paid it as I walked in straight to her and I was gone in 5 minutes. My advice...do not hire anybody......just take a phone/contact number with you of the landlord and they should take care of it......and I am sure your landlord won't like paying the 1,600b.....555555.

Correct....but a few minutes later. My brother a cop in Canada just said if he had complained of the chest pains at home, but was able to communicate that well enough to an officer, they would call/notify the ambulance right away to transport him and as soon as he was wheeled into that hospital, his first stop would be the blood-withdrawal room. But for here......we all know, that don't happen as TIT !!

Going back today meeting the landlord there as he will pay their 1,600b fine for non-reporting and getting my extension .

3am likely as final word/approval comes from Thailand, not a Canada office, and so with the time difference, it was put through then.

Single entry 60-day is what I got. Will extend for 30 more days to match my 90 day stay. As for travel plans, there wasn't a real question as I remember. One of the 10-12 things I had to show was the flight ticket of course, and I just showed proof from my apartment here where I rent year-round. Again, I contacted them a few times but they didn't contact me directly about anything which made me happy as I knew it was all going okay like they said.

Well I had no problems with Ottawa and got my E-Visa about 2 weeks ago and depart in 1.5 weeks). They had said to make sure you applied 2 months before and it could take up to 20 working days to get approved. It was over the 20 days, about 24 maybe, but got it. They also reminded me with the application that they would contact me directly if any problems arose and so with no word from them, meant it was likely going alright / no discrepancies The Ottawa office always got back to me through fakebook DM's a day or 2 after inquiring about anything. No real problems.

I live right around that corner next to Laguna 2 since about 2017 and haven't seen any kind of club like that open near there other than S Club. Walk by it many times a day so I guess it's gone..
