New Zealand is not a cheap vacation, put that money, which you will now not be spending, toward a helmet if you ride again.

Each driving license holder will be given 12 points and they will be deducted for each violation they are caught committing.
I think it would get violators off the roads sooner if the guy who hits the motorists driving the wrong way on a road got to add the 2 points that the wrong driver lost to his points giving him more points.

Getting stuck behind someone for 5 minutes trying in vain to pay for their groceries is absolutely baffling.
This happens more with QR codes than cash.

Thai MOPH is saying there are still various free, government vaccination sites available around Bangkok for the original Pfizer and perhaps Moderna vaccines... No 2nd gen bivalent ones yet.

COVID-19 infections in Thailand appear to be on the rise again, especially among those who are unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated,
I have been checking with hospitals like Samitivej and they have no Pfizer or Modern vaccines. WHY?

And to those locked out even with a valid visa. And while locked out the visa expired, no emergency extension until lockdown was lifted. BUT all the "tourists" in country got to stay. They really don't understand who is buttering their bread.

1,000 baht was a rip off
The actual keycard my cost 20 baht, or not , but the keycard did not just magically appear with no door lock, computer to program the key and no software to run the system. Did you ever think of that? As soon as all that has been paid for with interest and labor costs, I am sure the hotel will gladly only charge 20 baht for replacements. ????

they generally are only a risk to themselves,
If Thailand wants to become a Euro-like nanny state , it needs to try and protect even those who are only endangering themselves. And the kids on the motorbike are the ones needing protection as the dysfunctional parents don't give a damn.

Screw this, just go after the violators of existing laws, like riding a motor bike the wrong way on a street. Never mind when a Thai does it in a car or truck. There is so much low hanging fruit out there that the police with boots on the ground can't handle it. And the administrators just can't resist making new laws to make themselves appear relevant.
