The only Angry Birds I see at the ATM are the ones waiting behind those Thais that keep drawing money on multiple cards. Takes ages.

Drives me mad as well. Why do they do it? Never looks to be big sums.

It's never big sums 'cos they ain't got big sums. They keep little sums in many banks to keep the family off the money trail.

Incorrectly stated, there ar various different ways that electricity can be supplied and charged. You seem to think that your preferred way is the only one. However you shouldn’t be paying a premium over the PEA/MEA rate.

Does anyone know whether or not there are rules concerning rates charged by juristic persons to condo co-owners, and mubaan owners?

A link to definitive legislation would be useful.

This copies the law in the uk. However in the uk No pharmacists = can't even sell shampoo etc in the shop so shop is closed.

Not so. In UK, there are "Pharmacists", and there are "Dispensing Chemists"......different levels of certification and "competence“.

The shop can sell shampoo etc., no problem, and OTC (over the counter) drugs such as aspirin, with  o qualified person present. Many medications require to be "dispensed" in the presence of a DC, some hard or dangerpus drugs require the supervision of a Pharmacist......who may also ne qualofied to give medical advice and even minor procedures.

Presumably these are grouted like a normal tile or do they butt together like laminate flooring?

They are laid and grouted just like any other ceramic tile. The only differencee ias the plank-like shape. I would recommend dark grey grout, regardless of tile colour - it ends up that way whatever you do, and light grout looks terrible until it achieves greyness, which could take a year or more.

  6. Don't do it. All laminates are ruined by maids' washing methods. Lay good wood effect ceramic tile planks instead. Wide range is available, you won't regret it even if it costs a bit more.....provided (it's a biggy).... the substrate is sound.

It will be interesting to see how many people, particulary Thais keep wearing masks.  My guess is many will.  I still see a fair share mostly on motorbikes, but also in cars wearing them.

Before Covid, I would wear a mask on my m/c in dry dusty weather, or when pollen levels were high......IF I remembered to do so.

Now I feel naked without it, and I have suffered less from respiratory aftereffects of riding, colds, etc.

Thailands air is poisonous much of the time!

If the dog saw his food being taken from him and given to a lesser status dog by a lesser statust master, he could well want to assert his claim.

We have one huge dog, but we feed him after the smaller dogs and keep him leashed till his time comes. He also is told to sit and wait for an eat command before he can start.

We must always let him know WE control food and never him. This works. But we also never take his food from him. Food for the others arrives separately, even if prepared together.

If you think like dogs think you can control most dogs, if not you get problems.

If it thinks like a dog, acts like a dog, and dogs like dog...it's  dog!

  9. Can anyone give me a satisfactory explanation of why these mega-rich axholes can never be satisfied with their ill-gotten gains, and desperately grasp after more?
I am sure he, along with his pals, has extracted enough from the system to live in luxury to the end of his days, anywhere in the world, and without the daily grind of political "work", or risk of assassination.

If it were me, I would be off, chop-chop.
