The 7 k / night keep most of the Indians and Chinese out of the place and maybe doesn't make making  revenue on booze essential.

In any case, won't stay in this place. Location sucks, they may serve their carrot juice to others.

Keep it as it is, everybody ok with it, apart from some obey - the law - whingers, who never will be happy. 

After 9 years of waiting, they just paved the road in front of my work place, same same. Drain above the road on one side and as a hole / trap on the other side.

Road construction as it's best.
