That's what England is doing, and for once, I'm in accordance with their approach even if it further overloads the NHS.
.....says somebody who doesn't have the slightest knowledge....????.
The situation in hospital is worse as never before. Operations have to be delayed: A significant percentage of staff is infected by Covid.
But sure, you here in Thailand are not bothered......not yet.

Besides, he said that the situation will not be as bad as last year because 70% of Thais had received vaccinations in the country and 8-9 million had had a booster shot.
He forgot to mention that the Chinese vaccines are not working against omicron.

That's only psrt of truth.
He forgot to mention that the Chinese vaccines do not the job to protect you in any way against omicron.
That is why in China big cities are in lockdown when omicron appears.
In Europe the situation is quite different.
High vaccine acceptance using the right vaccines now even boostered.

I have 2 motorcycles and a old car that I use for shopping. When you are over 70 the increased risk doesn't come into play, only the enjoyment you get from riding.
Yeah Mark, in addition your eye sight is not the best. So most times it's blind flight.????

What a sorry shelter, it's embarrassing that soldiers helped to construct that to protect children.
That structure would not protect anyone from a direct hit by an 82mm mortar shell.
There should be at least 3-layers of compacted dirt sandbags for the roof, preferably 5-layers, plus bags stacked along the sides, AND an "L" turn at the entrance so a near miss won't funnel mortar fragments into the shelter.
You seem to be a smart expert.
How about to offer your help there at the border?????

Thank-you for proving my point that laymen are insufficiently educated to file medical information (vaccine adverse event reporting) - being a layman you can’t possibly know any issue is vaccine related yet you seem to consider that you could easily recognise such and in doing so you’d be providing an erroneous data point - this is why VAERS is flawed.
If a person passes or suffers medical complications people look for answers.
Uneducated people draw uneducated and ill-informed conclusions.
If a person passes or suffers medical complications within a month of being vaccinated, uneducated and emotional people will draw the uneducated and ill-informed conclusions that their passing or medical complication was a result of the vaccination - They can then go ahead an fill out a VAERS report which is neither cross checked or validated by a medical professional yet still goes into the VAERS record.
---------
A few months back my father was taken into hospital with a heart problem.
It was two weeks after his second vaccination.
One family member was convinced this was due to his Covid-19 vaccine, it was difficult to convince them that the symptoms had been present and reported for a couple of years already and that this was simply the progression of an existing condition.
Someone of an emotional an uneducated mind may choose to fill out a VAERS report.
Now, if the ‘government’ were also offering thousands of £££ compensation for vaccine related complications, of course, why not also put in a claim. There’s nothing to lose !!!!
Very good comment.
However, most TV members might not read or understand.

He could have simply gotten infected on a plane, which could have had infected transit passengers so they'd not know the source. As it would have been very early, the infection would not have picked up on initial test, but only a few days later when the viruses had an opportunity to multiply to the detectable levels.
With Omicron being 70x more infectious than Delta (I read this number in the news, but a bit skeptical), it should not take much for someone to get it in any closed space. As US health authorities estimate half the Earth's population would catch Omicron over the next 3 months, getting into a pressurised tube with hundreds of strangers for a day, masks off during eating and drinking, is pretty much a sure bet to catch it.
Now all that said - Omicron is staying in the upper respiratory system and does not move down to lungs. The whole reason why COVID became global emergency was because it moved to lungs, and caused deadly pneumonia. Now if Omicron doesn't move to lungs - how is it any different from a common cold, which is just like COVID, just it doesn't move to lungs?
That is only half way thinking.
If people are not able to go to work for a week or so, who is driving buses, trains, flying planes?
Think of nurses, docs, Police, aso.
Now you might Imagine, why omicron is dangerous.
