Something for Fj, we could have been in suffering together at the same time...just heard Eddie M on his footy on 9 show talk about why the Demons supporter base is low, somewhere in there he bought up merger talks between Demons and North, I knew they had been active in talking to the Dogs and Hawks but not North, as with Hawks it almost was a done deal, the jumper was red yoke with Norths stripes underneath," the Cuban flag", we certainly would have lit up the league in a jumper like that, train at Arden st and play at the G, would have been known as the Melbourne Kangaroos, apparently they couldn't get it across the line due to both club presidents expecting to be president of new club...thank god, means Archer would have played for us, now Hawks I would have been happy with, maybe stayed on if it was the Dogs but back then no way Jose if North. -
Solar panel package suggestion.

You can do better, I am building so got into Facebook and subscripted to a few building channels, I been getting add s for kitchens and solar as well as other stuff, found my solar and kitchen guy this way. Im in the Pattaya area but building in Sattahip and will be using a 3kw system, there is no buy back of unused power in my area, the Navy runs the show there and if you stuck a bigger system on the roof id be just giving it away, and solar is purely to keep my bill low as im having a pool pump running twice a day every day. Firstly forget the sales talk these frisbys know jacks.h.i.t one think you learn living here there product knowledge is low to non existent, and they will lie to your face for a sale, in other words tell you what you want to hear. Had a system back in AU, 5.4kw with 10kw battery in Melbourne, battery was full by 10 am in summer, for 4 months a year I payed nothing and gained credits and the battery was sufficient in the evenings since it was just running lights and a pc. That all changes as you enter winter battery is spent in 3 to 4 hrs, cannot charge fully due to less sun etc, but the credits kept it cheap. I used a single Panasonic aircon inverter type for heating and cooling but for cooling I hardly ever turned it on. In Thailand there is plenty of sun so battery is a good option but you will need 2 batterys if you run air con all night, they over kill here in the size they want to stick on your roof, 10kw system is double what I had back in AU, what are you running a factory? in my opinion a 5kw system will fill 2 10kw batterys in Thailands sunny weather, as I said 4 hrs of sunlight filled my 10kw battery back in AU. My cost for a 3kw system installed will be 79,000, I suggest you shop around. Really need more info if you want recommendations, like air cons how many and how long you run them. -
I amended it, its every 4 weeks scroll back.

Its around $AU2100 every four weeks.

Well I live on less but by the time you add hospital insurance car insurance it gets closer to 40,000 and I have money over every month, you are only as poor as you feel and I dont feel poor. I dont go to bars but I have a beer every now and then, restaurants are pretty average for food in the Pattaya region so I normally cook, maybe eat out on average with the TGF twice a week, she works and and looks after her own side of things, own my own condo and transport, several times a year we do an in country trip. Yes I regularly buy cheese and an aussie meat pie, dont scrimp, but im selective on the beef, the quality is pretty average that I can get here though I have a few sirloins in the ice box I really dont eat that much meat. Im no cheap Charlie, iPhone 15 pro, Mac min pc, iPad, 85 inch colour tv, Mazda CX30, 2 six packs of corona sitting in the second bedroom as the second fridge is full 5 bottles of wine in the pantry, as I said I dont feel poor and I buy when I want....and I pay for just about everything the TGF might buy the odd Big C shop but its normally on me.

OK OK, when you are second to the ball it always goes the other way but there where several scratch my head moments in the Cats Dees game, even big Max was left bemused and it was clear by his body language. Anyway Will the Blues recover? at least there players dont look disinterested.... Unfortunately it can be verified that part of the core group over at Casey have checked out...gone on vacation, looking to lower valuation on getting traded, Simon is just being dragged through the motions, pretending to coach, I mean that in the sense he is all on his own, deadman walking, the big question is how bad do we have to get before Brad pulls the trigger, the press so far haven't turned up the gas but its just a matter off time, and we dont need a repeat of the (every) daytime bombing the club got last year, I would hope they have respect for Goodwin and tell him quit and you get the full payout or we sack you and you get the full payout, and soon, I would not want Simon to hang around just to get paid out, think we owe him and I think we owe him to leave on a reasonably high note. -
What's this location? im in Pattaya the build is in Sattahip, Thanks.

Im guessing after visiting one big box store yesterday that IC rated downlights may not exist here, my question is do they stock them in Thailand and if they do where in the Chon Buri area could I get them, or are they known by another name? I will need a number of LED IC rated/Fire proof downlights, and no I wont provide covers or make up something to lift the insulation, after keeping an eye on the builders I could not possibly expect them to follow simple instructions and there is no chance im getting into the roof to check up, failing being able to get my hands on them its then pendulum style and the similar.

In breaking news, Mokbel is granted bail, "get out of jail card" handed down, will shack up at sisters place in Viewbank, not to far from where I use to live, hillside pretty area of Melbourne without going into the bigger hills..Will he be the next rumoured coach of the Dee's? we need someone to get us out of jail fast....could say a bit of an expert escape artist and very well respected amongst his peers, he would be a tiger among the pidgins, ummmm. read once where I think a Columbian Chelsea player had his father kidnapped in a ransom attempt on said player, Roman Abramovich then owner "offered" to take care of the matter for said player, it was gratefully and kindly refused, police where able to do it... Thats what the Dee's Blues and Coasters need... -

Ahh the stress of it all, you are not in the gutter alone there uncle Willie, my exile from trashy journalism keeps me reading the headlines only, tut tut Oscar, you been a and boy, wonder when they will join the Eagles s.h.i.t show to the Dees s.h.i.t show...and they haven't started on Hinkley and Voss yet.. -

Windows on all sides isn't a great idea since most of the heat would come in through the glass if unless you shade them.

Ahhh yes I was thinking preseason battling from 8th to 14th now im thinking bottom 4, no stranger there, we know it very well...I suspect its the new jumper wish they would frigging leave it at pre colour tv days the navy with red, it was HORROR time on the dawn of colour tv when they lighted the blue, if we won more than 4 games a season for what was an eternity you can colour me blue, I cringe when ever I see that jumper which was adopted as an away jumper in recent years but slightly darker, and now a good dam royal blue...hate it, its not the Demons. Will be seeing you in the elevator as you go up and we go down, and yes well Goodwin, has his critics and has managed to get a 15 min weekly gig on Fox footy in anticipation of unemployment next year, contracts up end of 26 takes him to 10 ys if he still gets there, its like this they will either extend or sack as they wont allow there coach to go into the final year with out a deal on the table or coming, the Demons have this great big target glued to its head, pretty dam sure the club doesn't want anymore bad press... Anyway I need to stay optimistic, Simons got us up before when it looked like we where gone, but it does look like the players would prefer an early exit...Simon does not strike me as a coach that is just going turn up Monday morning and tell the club hey im off to Mexico see ya... -

Goodwin and his 2 former assistants are 1-8 and have a strangle hold on 15th, 17th and 18th, and Willie thought the good times where just around the corner... -

Little bit amazing the press aren't dirty on the Tiger and the Club for having a rouge play for them, very little on the footy shows on this...boys will be boys, I mean Simon was dragged all over the place after defending his captains poor day out yet this basher hardly gets a mention... -
2 large beers are 1.5lt of carbs, id give the beer up or go low car beer, low alcohol beer before I give up bread.

Thailand Yet to Finalise Policy on Taxing Expats’ Overseas Income
AlexRRR replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
No, Pattaya revenue department when asked clearly said, you remit funds that shows up in a Thai bank account you file a tax form. We have already worked out that each office seems to be working on their own interpretations so I will just leave it there. But just because you file does not mean you will owe tax and in my own case they were quite lenient on where the money went because I was over my allotted tax free threshold, but then its that office interpretation. -
Well that might be a concern in an elected democracy but in the lands of dictators they have so much sweeping powers it wont matter one bit, Putin can take every Russian to the grave with him, the apparatus has so much control and wields so much fear who can will move to Thailand.

Here they go....this is going to go on allllllllllll season, https://www.nine.com.au/sport/afl/news-2025-exclusive-harley-reid-essendon-bombers-recruitment-salary-eddie-mcguire-jimmy-bartel-20250319-p5lkyq.html Poor old Willie, how will you deal with this? Lions, Dockers then GWS, boy oh boy, Uncle Will needs to find something else to do match days up there on the farm. To think when I was a young apprentice on the train on the way to work I had my nose stuck in first the Age then opted for the Sun cause it was much smaller and I didnt annoy other passengers feeding off any football news crumbs, I had to pay for the paper now I can get all that news for free, but it aint news 80% of the time, its click bait. Good luck Will, your going to be in for a hell of a ride this season... -

Well well well....Dees trying to emulate the Tigers, announce 6 new faces for the GWS game, 2 from last years draft, 1 from the 22 draft, 2 mature age recruits from Werribee, one picked up in the last draft the other 3 weeks ago, and Harry my man Sharp ex Lion on the bench for the Grannie... Am I excited? well you know how it goes, its a bit like the Russian front hey, meat through the grinder, GWS aint no Blues.....but im all for getting games into legs, something needed to change.. By the way dont know if anyone else noticed but boy didnt the Tigers look like the Demons of yesterday, out of defence, hugging the boundary, bombing it into the forward 50, just a different jumper....so what legacy did McQualter bring? ummm.....well finishing 10th not much, -
