I understand: they were married or they were language teachers.

So what will be the requirements for expats to get vaccinated?
- Non-Imm. Visa or extension + TM.6
- TM. 30
- 2x pass photo
- Bank statement / Proof of income
- Certificate of residential address
- Map and photos of residency
- In case married, signed approval by wife to get vaccinated
- Medical certificate (free from Elephantiasis, TBC, Drug abuse, alcoholism, ...)
- Covid free certificate not older than 72 hours
- Thai Insurance covering Covid (for the case vaccine does not work)
And then you are good to go...easy ????
I was always convinced the Thai government would care about expats...by the way, it was not mentioned it will be free for expats...

I use an old small Nokia that fits into my trousers pocket when I am outside. So no way to use the app. Only alternative is to write your name and phone number on this dirty piece of paper with a dirty pen. In the end you can write there what you want.
You can bring your own pen. Or did you mean your own pen is the dirty one? ????

The red notice does not seem up to date or recent when he was 35 at that time as seen on the screenshot (born 12/01/1982).

There were no reports of accidents involving public buses, boats or aircraft on December 10-13.
“Responsible agencies enforced Covid-19 preventive measures on public transport to ensure the safety of all passengers,” it added.
I am sure the Covid 19 preventive measures were the reason. ????

The Resort Manager said it is safe I guess. Same like the abbot said the newly opened glass bridge in Chonburi is safe.

1,200 kg per sqm is not much. A group hug of few people and they are gone.

I don't know about Thai law, but back in my country, they need to identify the driver in order to press charges such as having a clear face pic. Simply identifying the registration is not sufficient. Can I then expect the cameras to be smarter than the police?

I'd settle for two that work next to the police stations on Suk in Pattaya. FIVE motorists run red red lights EVERY change and not one cop EVER looks out of the window!
Why would the cops look out of the window? That's the job of cameras.

[...] Also, of course Thai citizens should get it first. Do you think your home country would allow a Thai visitor to step in line before a citizen. [...]
Yes, I think so that there won't be a differentiation or there should not be. In general, everybody can contract and eventually spread the virus, no matter what nationality. In my country, any nationality tests for free as well. But again, I am aware that Thailand thinks differently.

I can imagine those infected guys were not contagious anymore when arrived in Thailand as we maybe would have read about many more cases here already few days in.
