Don't worry, it was only staged, not real...

So the process of leaving has now been planned for how long that it could not be conducted orderly in the end? Similar to setting up checkpoints in Chonburi...
Anyway, I can't imagine 40,000 people passing orderly through a bottleneck in Thailand...

I'm a little confused by the physics. How did the broken mirror get thrown forward in front of the camera?

Yep, same guess. Inertial force.

Yep, I often see them at local concerts for example. Easy to point out with their bags and minutes later chatting with the uniformed guys.

Around Bangkok, I was visiting Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Ayuthaya, Nakhon Nayok, Samut Prakan and Chachoengsao. I passed some manned and unmanned checkpoints, but none stopped me.

That's a similar charge to motorbikes using the motorway. Just passed a sign yesterday describing a similar jail/monetary fine.

To sum it up, if you need to do your annual extension, suggest to do it as regurlarly before it expires. If your are not qualified for an annual extension and would need to leave the country now, you can stay until end of July.

Sad to read this. Maybe he could not get his Lao Khao so he misused alternatives which ended unfortunately.

The allowance is 1 liter of alcoholic drink per person. Anything above you need an import license.

There are no flights currently, hence no airmail service. I was told yesterday by the post office they can send by surface to Europe, it will take about 3 months. ????

what about gloves, not all virus is spread by air , its also a contact virus, Yes/No ?
Shopping in Foodland yesterday, staff was wearing super dirty gloves when taking my credit card and packing my bag. Not sure if this was thei initial idea of that.

So, I still don't see the point wearing one when walking alone on the street or driving my car on my own. Yes, I will put it on once I come close to other folks.

Fit to Fly certificate usually does not include a covid-19 test. It is nowhere mentioned that they need to test for covid.

Serious question !!!
Do any posters KNOW of any expats their partners or family who actually are experiencing symptoms of this virus ?,
My friend arrived in TH from UK 2-3 weeks ago. Self-quarantined at home, showed mild symptoms 2-3 days later. Tested positive for the virus and has been quarantined at Siriraj. Still positive but with a low virus load he was released last week but is required to further self-quarantine at home for 2 weeks.

Many Thais I see even have a mask on when sitting in there own car alone or with there children.
So they clearly not understand the concept why they should were the mask. They understand very well, the mask protects them from all evil in the world.

Common guys, be a little creative. A scarf around the face will do.
But I am still wondering why people walking alone on the street far away from anybody else are wearing masks (apart from this province). Do they think they are protected from all evil by wearing it? Or do they think they protect others? There is no one around...

Do you actually believe all the figures coming out from Thailand ??? they do not add up .. Chinese Year (25th January 20) over 500.000 Chinese Tourists came to Thailand in that week with unrestricted access and with a large proportion of that figure coming from the Wuhan province ...
Wuhan is not a province. Wuhan is the capital of Hubei province.

As of now, you probably won't be allowed to enter at all. Please see current regulation here.

I am not worried about the shrimp, but rather about the hygiene of the person preparing it. I was watching a villa market security guard taking off his mask (looked like used for several days already) and grabbing some dried food samples from the common bowl with his bare hand. Not only are the food samples now contaminated with whatever he touched before but also whatever was filtered by his mask. I don't understand why some people just don't have a comprehension of proper hygiene and keeping a safe distance to others. I guess they just have never been taught properly.

I was asking a Thai how we can keep 1-2 meter distance to other people in the crowded 7-11. He laughed at me and said no need to do that.
