Any foreigner working in Thailand without work permit could be a Pi Noi and a Thai working illegally say in South Korea could be a Pi Noi. A Pi Noi by definition is a foreigner in the respective country.
However, Pinoy is a person of Filipino origin or descent. A Filipino. A female is called Pinay.

I can't tell you about TH and New Zealand. However, in my case, I am Czech and had my permanent residency in Germany. The German government said that I am Czech and don't need to military service. The Czech government said that I live in Germany so don't have to do military service. The German government would only conscribe until the maximum age of 24 at that time.
Your habitual residence is in New Zealand.

Someone used my card and bought stuff for 25,000 THB. The police did not bother much when I reported the matter.

In 1979 I arrived in Bangkok. A week later I had to wade in water just below my knee to my apartment in soi 22 Sukhumvit. Only way to get there as there were no talks or tuk tuks.
Not much progress in 40 years.
Well yes...finally they figured out why after 40 years. ????
I thought I read on the news that they well prepared for the storm in advance...????

Apropos of nothing - Does anyone know where I can buy colorless isopropyl alcohol? I use it to spray things for sanitary purposes and can't use blue-colored alcohol because it leaves a permanent stain. My supplier down in Sathorn has gone out of business.
Try Lazada or Shopee...I used to buy colorless IPA from there

German Embassy?
On the German embassy's website is written that generally no supporting letters are issued as commercial flights are operating.
Same with Czech Republic.

Charged for having the wrong license plate when working as a taxi.

Just for clarity, Thai Chana isn't an app, you read the QR code and it links you to a website.
Actually, they later also introduced the app. You can download from app store.

Perhaps Thailand finally gets what was missing here anyway - all inclusive resorts. I understand that "all inclusive" can be a little bit problematic here...
Various hotels already offered optional all-inclusive packages pre-covid. But usually, the offers were overpriced and not worth the money.

I really dont know why they do it as it also puts them at more risk by ending up on the wrong side of the road after the U turn and needing to cut back over to the left. On my motorbike I always keep to the left of vehicles waiting at U turns and can go to the front of any queue, then when clear I can safely sweep around well clear of them to the left hand side of the road where a motorbike needs to be....and also get ahead of them.
I think it is rather more dangerous to make a u-turn over 3 lanes to end up on the left side than to turn into the very right lane and then change to the left together with the traffic flow.
Should you overlook an oncoming vehicle while sweeping over 3 lanes you have not much of a chance. In my opinion, it is safer to accelerate as soon as possible up to the speed of the traffic flow in the right lane while taking as little as possible exposure to the oncoming traffic.

Apart from that, even 79.23 kph already was considerably ABOVE the speed limit in Bangkok.
I thought 80kph is the speed limit on Sukhumvit road.

It's not important for the dismissal of the case.
Did he hit the bike, did he kill anyone.
Did he drag someone under the car disregard the person could be alive.
Did he run from the site.
When he finally appeared did he test positive for anything.
And finally haw fast was he driving.
Did he leave any skit marks and if so how long.
The murder charge is surely the fact he drag the man under his car disregard he might be alive
which is a possibility with lower speed.
All the talks about the lower speed is actually making the crime worse.
I take him to Somalia and let some the black ones drag him alive after a car and he might get an idea what he done.
And if some police like to try i can probably arrange for that too.
It's a horrible crime surely lack of anyone home on top floor had something to do with this.
He is not only spoiled.
Thailand probably doesn't have a law that prohibits dragging a person under one's car for 100m. Case dismissed. ????

So what kind of expert is this when he admittedly gets confused by his own calculations and do they still believe his numbers now?

But then again, if he was under influence and in case he was driving over the speed limit, he would have at least partial fault in the fatal accident and should then still be charged.
Ohh sorry, I forgot. This is Thailand...

The full results will be out in a few days only, but we can now already conclude it was an accident. ????

I think the main point is he had a travel insurance which was only valid for max. 90 day per journey.
They started GoFundme because many did before and they can. I don't think it's right but you see, they already got few thousands...it works. I actually need a new Ferrari, maybe I could also start a campaign.
I definitely will not contribute for whatever reason but wish a speedy recovery.
