Diving into a canal with regular boat service, what could possibly go wrong? Parents knowing about it but ignoring or not considering the risks...Not sure if it is allowed by authorities but then also police probably would not enforce anything even the risk is obvious.

There was an article in Khao Sod yesterday.

This concerns rather the missing education and mis-information about the disease. The enforced over-the-top measures just make people afraid of covid as if it was the Black Death.

She did not know about the state of the kitchen when she complained about the squid and the tent. Those were also not the reasons it was closed by authorities.
I once ordered shrimps only instead of mixed seafood and the bill was even higher. Did I make a big story out of it? Probably not as you have not heard of it.
Maybe she just got extra squid in her dish, making up for the same price. According to the report she has even been informed beforehand. Still she needs to complain publicly?
Seafood restaurant in a seaside resort? One would think they have fresh fish.
And the guys not using the tent. They didn't sit down a second, didn't leave their belongings in the tent maybe? I also know those tricks. 4 people come to a restaurant but only 2 order buffet. Still all of them are full in the end surprisingly...

I don't defend the van driver or anyone blocking emergency vehicles during an emergency. But the misuse of blinking lights and sirens/horns by police or whoever when there is no emergency and just some VIPs want to pass or the police want to look important makes it difficult to separate. One thing is fining strictly without exception but the other thing is also stop misusing it.

Understand, they didn't send officials. Reading in between the lines, they sent a courier instead.

"CAAT’s decision to extend the ban on international arrivals until July 1, six weeks from now, seems an unnecessary overreach,” Niemeijer added"
Of course does he say that. He and his company are making money from international tourists.

There are and have been flights out of BKK during the last weeks. Guess he can't take them because he is not allowed to enter the destination countries.

Still waiting for my refund 4 weeks now.
Usually, it takes airlines to process refunds around 6 weeks. During Covid it might take even longer now.

And who's to blame ???. Common sense would tell you the government for not haven the proper ambulance system in place. Again they don't care about health and safety of their citizens.
Even with proper ambulance systems in place, anyone on spot might be required to start first aid procedures such as CPR before the respective ambulance personnel arrives.

I don't know about Thailand, but in Germany you can end up in court for not giving first aid even when you are not qualified. You won't be prosecuted in case the person later dies.

Not wearing seatbelt, huh?

My guess is they were all staying together at that house. Is it then not allowed? Apart from the ganja.

If this was at 10am the only people allowed to purchase alcohol in Makro at that time are registered business owners, so by the time normal public can buy the shelves were empty ????????
The point is that many shopping carts were already fully stacked at 10:00 and people just waited patiently till the 11 o'clock strike to pass the cashier.

Assuming any one person is asymptomatic, this person might have infected others and these again might have infected others and so the chain goes on. It is unprobable that all of them are asymptomatic now. At some point somebody would show symptomps. But with 0 domestic cases for the last 2 weeks, not sure why they think there are so many asymptomatic cases now.
