Hi Are there any diving places open? With a beach vibe, bungalows and a few people around. Whats going on in covid times?

I have a budget of about 40k a month for accomodation. I would like a nice place on the beach maybe with divers hanging out, beach bars etc. Basically not near high rise hotels . Any ideas during covid times?
