    best to minimise oil, i use minimal soy oil but rice bran oil is ok

    High carb low fat i go for chicken vegetables rice, can ask for them not to cook in oil but it's only a little bit and isn't too bad

    Interesting, i tend to avoid anyone toxic or even a lady that would drag you down with all the highs and lows. If a lady is sucking the life out of you, end it. Wise words

    That's weird, usually the 90 day report TM47 is totally unconnected to the extension. They do ask for a 90 day financial check sometimes. I'd expect your TM47 to still be 14 July
