  1. Having a younger girlfriend here will make guys younger, but on the subject of walking, a lot of people on Buakhao struggle with walking, probably a lifetime of a bad diet
  2. At the AGM the auditor is appointed, should have a choice to vote on, committee members also voted on, keep trying to get on the committee, if you make waves they won't want you, once on try and make changes
  3. Always funny when they pick lottery numbers based on a snake in the car or something else daft that occurred, mind sometimes they win following that
  4. Pointless getting the low cover policies, most banks are something useless like 40k max medical
  5. Prices vary per location, like Pattaya add on a falang tax so buy elsewhere. Recommended price is the minimum you'll pay, usually they add on a falang tax + registration+ rubbish theft insurance. Can't avoid registration cost but you can avoid falang tax and theft insurance
  6. no you are a bit different, easy for everyone to spot with your pedantic posts

  8. i just tried to set up a new transfer, as the app format changed i just went to a recent transfer and selected repeat transfer, it defaults to £10 fee rather than £6, so i had to amend details, anyway they've made the app worse than before
  9. I saw something on Facebook about that, i just went into the app and they've changed the format yet again, not sure if the change effects GBP to THB transfers
  10. Windmill 1 and 2 is working well, both have upstairs open but your idea might be even better. I much preferred the Dollhouse format but money ran out it seemed, never recovered after covid
  11. Dollhouse was sold to Windmill, girls moved to Windmill 2, the plan was to turn Dollhouse into Windmill 3 but the Dollhouse girls have all left so maybe that plan is in tatters
  12. it's fine, don't believe all the rubbish you watch on YouTube, i used to eat all the "healthy" breads, switched to white and much easier to digest, does the job
  13. i feel good anyway, have minimal dairy milk these days. Bread is a good filler. There was a study done where they got this group of guys to eat 4-6 extra slices of bread a day for a period, they all lost weight, the theory is they are full so don't eat junk
  14. No Keto make yourself sick diet for me, the toxins will build up for those carb phobics. For me food wise, High Carb Low Fat. Breakfast often 2 jam toast or porridge or both if hungry Lunch, often fried chicken and vegetables on rice, no oil if possible. Top up with a fruit smoothie, add sugar if not sweet enough Fruit during the day inbetween meals. Dinner, usually a falang type meal, meat two veg, usually not big enough for me so top up with jam on toast and another fruit smoothie with sugar. Exercise, 4 cycles a week usually around 100km each time 30kph. Golf twice a week. It's about self discipline, being able to control what you eat, if i want chocolate, ice cream, pastries, it's once a week max, usually alcohol on Fridays
  15. Lot's of people eat white bread and other carbs like me and are healthy and slim. Most fat people eat too much fatty junk, but have a diet coke and thinks that's good
  16. Not really, I don't know the name of the company but it relies on a good committee also with good JP

  21. i did it from Bangkok, was good, met a nice Singaporean girl on the bus and we travelled in Cambodia together. Pattaya will be nearer so better
  22. Krungsri still 0.9% which is Pitiful, in UK Santander now has an instant access 5.2% account, why would anyone leave surplus cash in Thailand
  23. Yeah it will be minimum wage, they get mostly carrots of how much money they can make, i heard of one who recently went back to UK now homeless
