    Maybe the thing to do is go to your desired hospital, speak to someone of a decent level and try and get a coherent answer from them. Often hospitals seem to want payment by the patient upfront anyway, kinda like blackmail

    In 1998 wasn't the exchange rate baht\GBP about 80, so since then it's doubled in value, so twice as costly
