Police break up network aiding foreigners to stay in Thailand
IamNoone88 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
There should be no valid reason that a foreigner cannot own 100% of a bonafide company that is usually 100% foreigner financed. This 51/49% rule is totally without merit.- 137 replies

This was certainly a common sight if you took a an evening stroll down the Bund in Shanghai going back a few years. They even cut the seats out of kids pants so they just do no 1 and no 2 anywhere. -
Thats a massive rug pull. Upset cannabis shop owners, landlords and growers all losing their investment in a very short period of time. This was never going to last. Now the first question is can the genie be put back into the bottle? The second question in one of uncertainty .... what other sectors can potentially get a future rug pull?

Prosecution Looms Over Deceased French Woman's Fortune
IamNoone88 replied to webfact's topic in Koh Samui News
One of the most archaic and discriminatory commercial laws often force the use of proxy shareholders. It serves no purpose. Singapore you can own 100% of your company as long as you have a S'porean Director. It is long overdue that TH revises the commercial regulations on foreign company ownership to attract investment and stimulate the economy. This gives no peace of mind to existing and potential foreign investors. Dubai is also welcoming investors with 100% ownership and residence.- 108 replies

I have referenced many times in this forum the red light jumping and specifically in Kamala. It is outrageous ... nobody respects the lights and absolutely nothing is ever done. Its not a daily event ... its every single light change. This is not an accident ... it was a deliberate run through a red light. Tragic. And it will happen again.
