I was not expecting Everton to be above Liverpool on the table with 15 games gone. It is so tight from Number 4 to Number 12 and this is what makes Premier League really interesting.

You underestimated who first produced a dream lap in the qualifying and then had a perfect race to take the win.

Max should be super confident going into the Singapore Grand Prix this weekend after his back-to-back race wins in F1 plus a victory on his GT3 debut at the Nordschleife in the Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie, so momentum is definitely on his side. Last year I went to the Singapore GP and it was a wonderful experience for me as there was a lot to enjoy and explore in and around the circuit for the fans. Max Verstappen wins the Italian Grand Prix to take his second race win of the season. He is still third in the WDC behind the two McLaren drivers but the gap is now reduced to 63 points to the second positioned Lando Norris.

Verstappen will become world champion if he leaves the next race at Las Vegas on 23 November with a lead of at least 60 points. Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly took the final two podium places to transform Alpine's season and move the team up from ninth in the constructors' championship to sixth. A chaotic, incident-strewn, wet race that involved a red flag, two safety car periods and a series of crashes and incidents will be remembered for a victory that was not only Verstappen’s 62nd, but one of the greatest wet-weather victories of all time.
