I had a healthcare experience in LOS with a lot of hospital visits for my Ladyfriend..

She got the resident price with a retirement visa.

Palliative care is better home than nursing home.

Easy to afford a caregiver in Thailand.

We couldn't get morphine, but xanax was enough, and she had trammadol, which she called zombie pills.Capsules, actually. The more one takes, the quicker the end.(She quit taking them after I arrived)

I argued with the head nurse about certain procedures. Most spoke good Englisb,or not so good.

Iam a diabetic as well and have found that the best thing is

no meat, little alcholol an occasional beer is ok.

not sure where you live but I have been seeing a doctor for the past 2 years and getting a monthly check up.

The cost is minimal and it does not take long I get in the hospital at 8 give blood get a coffee, read the post and see the doctor.

This gives me a little peace of mind also allows me to take a look at how i am doing as far as the numbers are concerned.

If I try something different it usually shows up in the numbers.

lipitor has not affected me at all and is not that expensive here.

If taking a statin drug, like lipitor, you should take a well made??, CoQ-10.

Vit. Q.. It works with the mitochondria to make energy. We have 4 trillion c3lls, so every one gets affected by the good..energy..might be hard to find in LOS.

Red bean from China has been tested to contain statin drugs. Check your source.

Drink a lot of water..that saved me for many years, until I gave up the dairy thiw month. One yogurt, maybe..Sugar is said to b3 bad for vascular inflammation, as Turmeric is really good, I eat it in everything, and can be found fresh in Thailand.

All able to acess anywhere, anytime.Dropboxx is great for emailing files, videos..

I heard about underground watertables in California, there gonna release it and run the Calif. Aqueduct backwards to help people that don't have an aquifer up north.The water floods the lqnd then drains at six inches per day. They compared it to a bank deposit. The people up north dont have a 'bank'

We had a gutter in the road above Chaing Mai, where they drained a pond ..

They built whole house with a damaged, thin, white extension cord.. I think it may have been grounded, like with a copper wire in the ground. But the cord was pathetic..

All EU plugs are rated for 13 amps, how many amps are te Thai 3 pin plugs rated for?

They may have grounded it, 'cause they are as smart as anyone, just different, but a govt. crew in C. Mai, WELDED the roof metal beams.. rafters.. with a little white cord!

UPS sounds like a good one in the sockets with more than one appliance.

Our Thai hosts ran the washer on a power strip.. no ground nessary.. (?)
