Great stuff..except I always wear shoes and socks..

Three strap sandals are good. Flip flops are ok for short strolls.

I wet my shirt in public bathrooms when coming down to walk around my hot town in Hawaii.Wringing it out, then rewetting if necessary..better then fainting..

I like the exercise idea..1/2 hour a day..brisk walking in morning..uphill if possible..

My wealthy neighbors fed them chicken feed and 'laying' food..?

Now there all at a coffee farm, running free.

Cats are fine but tiny baby foul will be chased and eaten..when bigger, should not be a problem..give ducks a laying roost also..fantastic eggs!!

^^cutting a tree all the way down, as mentioned above ,can bring new sprouts to graft, cutting back some has led to fruit many times..but learning to graft brings consistency.

A farmer told me of topping trees to make more bushy and getting great avos without grafting! In only 4 years..(show 'em that chainsaw, right? We're same latitude as Thailand. The don't grow according to seed like mangoes, if ungraphed, right?

We lived with locals above Chiang Mai, and we each had a Mitsubishi A.C. in the bedrooms, the h.e.p.a. filter helps also.Walk up the back road every couple hours,shower, computer stuff in the A.C., then back out again..ceiling fans in the living room..

Wish I was back there..soon..
