  1. Hehe funny story i have for those communal Thai family.. I solved that problem the first year. But for this topic about behavior from Thai wife and kids, it has not changed since I have been together with my woman. She rather likes this part of culture not ingrained into being Thai. She likes being held, having conversations in English, being loving in front of family or anyone else Thai. The kids learn from us. So they also learn this culture that is never taught to Thais.
  2. So stupid excuse to try and get free money from foreigners
  3. Was reading the previous article when he was telling about the relationships and the proof he submitted to this committee. He gave them all of his chat history with those women. Requests by the women to use their photo in the chats. He does apologize to one woman though, touching her inappropriately, but this is Thailand and that could easily mean touching her arm or shoulder or back the way a foreigner does to aid, guide or introduce someone. It does not necessarily mean in a sexual way. I am inclined to think the only real reason they canned him was to make a show they had the power. He did not want to be left hung out to dry with those types of accusations hanging over his shoulder and sought to prove his innocence instead which is exactly what this committee did not want him to do. I hope for his sake that he can find another party soon.
  4. Seems to me that you need to do some grooming at home.. My wife always says good morning and kisses me and hugs me before going to work. When she gets home for lunch or after work she always kisses me and tells me about her day that I may find interesting. AS well as a kiss goodbye when leaving for work after lunch together. She always says good night to me and our kids and kisses us all. The kids are the same. They always give us a kiss and hug good night and when they wake... always say good night and good morning. Even our 3 year old does this. My kids always say I love you daddy or to mommy and they do it all in English.. They tell us about anything interesting that happened in school as well. In our home they have adopted their lifestyles to showing love and affection always as well as carrying on a conversation as best they can. They normally use English in the home as well out of respect for my lack in the use of Thai language. My wife has learned to be the way she is after 10 years being together. Also, she liked when I do it with her everyday. So, I guess in your question. You are missing something but only because you have not shown them this and taught them this is a foreigner thing to do. Most Thais do not do these things though. It is not normal and they are not curious to ask things as well as divulging things not asked about.
  5. This is click bait..... Why he would worry about one man who is already in custody of the police. Especially the PM who always has some sort of security with him to protect him as well as many others who just want to be seen with the leader.
  6. I do not condone rape or the assault... But who knows for sure what she claims is accurate? She could be angry because he refused to pay after servicing her. Or perhaps he finished and she didn't and he left so she decided to make a case against him. Or perhaps she really did change her mind and he continued his fondling of her after getting aroused by her. As others have posted, Tinder is a hook-up site. She know what she was getting into when she invited him to sleep over. Then again, he is Chinese so perhaps she planned to sleep with him and then saw his small penis and laughed and said no... haha... But it is safe to assume I think that Chinese have shown lack of control in the past. Perhaps he understood her No to mean yes. hmm... If she was able to push him out of her room after sex then why she could not push him out before? The fact is that if you have consent for sex, and the woman makes a claim later that she changed her mind and said no, the man is screwed and there does not need to be any kind of proof for the assault or rape. Your own GF or even wife can make a claim like this if she is angry enough and wants you to get into trouble.
  7. Do not know for sure. But is same to assume he used an educated guess to formulate his opinion based on average penis size in China.
  8. https://www.webmd.com/hiv-aids/hiv-alcohol Currently, there are no meaningful interactions between common HIV medications and alcohol. But, there are multiple negative impacts of drinking while taking your HIV treatment. Overall, drinking alcohol can seriously impact how well your HIV medication works.
  9. But, medication is hampered with excessive alcohol use. Making it useless.
  10. silly you... one drop of blood is enough to catch it.. That could be in a kiss or a BJ or even in normal sex without a condom. how you can post something so misleading? The ways HIV can be caught have not changed since HIV was first learned about
  11. More likely it seems a better opportunity to add to whatever brown envelop was given before to turn a cheek. Only now less people will notice outside the bars and clubs if drinks are actually served after 2am or not.
  12. Wife showed me an facebook message from a student talking about some young University student who brags she has HIV and that she goes to clubs and bars seeking men for one night stands. Knowingly passing her HIV to those men and never telling the men she is infected. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/3S47sykLu9ajE9eH/?mibextid=Le6z7H The odd thing is the police do not seem to care about this... In the USA she would be charged for a felony. It makes me wonder why there are no laws in Thailand about HIV infected people doing such things. In Matayom Schools I have seen students having sex in bathrooms and classroom and behind the buildings in Thailand. Doubtful condoms were ever used. It is up to the parents to teach morals and values so this does not happen. But with Thai culture it is taboo to discuss these things at home or teach them in the classroom so kids learn how to be safe if they choose to have sex.
  13. as it seems. You are correct. It was a sad day for the Thai people but, they allowed these things to happen in their government. So sympathies are minimal. Also they have yet done anything to change it.
  14. You said no reason... but the reason is obvious...MONEY MONEY MONEY.. Which is really all they care about getting from foreigners in Thailand
  15. Hahaha you surely are misguided if you believe this is what that money would go for.
  16. In a related article. Many thais are now choosing to stay in Israel. Due to their financial debts obtaining the work and traveling there to do the work.. I seriously doubt they would be making this choice if the government had provided their travel for free to escape the chaos there. With so many Thai dead there already and many hostages being taken that are Thai. the government made it obvious that only the people who had the money could leave. Now they choose to offer a refund to those people and still do not offer support in actually leaving that country. Once again Thailand is retroactive leaving so many there with really no choice how they can leave and using that as a claim that they prefer to stay and risk being killed or taken hostage.
  17. If I am not mistaken.. The new tax laws only apply to those foreigners who generate income in another country and transfer it to Thailand. Those who get retirement benefits as their source of income will not be required to pay tax.. Those who paid tax already in their country where the income was earned can not be charged 2 times so will not have to pay tax also. So most foreigners who have retired to Thailand will not need to worry about paying this tax. This was my understanding of it when I read the new laws. Someone is welcome to correct me if i am mistaken
  18. Come on... we all know they scoured the internet to find this Danish report. Most likely it was from some small news clip in their small country making this claim and has no bearing on the rest of the worlds opinion or polls... It was posted in Thai news to bring hope without anything factually actually coming out of it..
  19. wrong... it is because the scheme is made so that you can only use the digital cash within a certain number of Km from your residence. Making it useless to more Thai than those who can actually use it who live in cities. The majority of Thais do not live in cities where they can find shops willing to accept their digital wallets. Instead they live in rural communities with very few shops near. Making the money useless to them. So it surely does not help the ones who would use it for self sustainability unless they have some good shops near their homes that are willing to accept the digital money.. If given cash, they can go to the places they normally shop and use the cash for things needed and wanting which in turn would help the outlets. This scheme is actually a very bad idea simply because it will not help those who really need it.. and instead will only help those who are within the range they will assign to the card or app closest to your home. My Thai family home is 15 Km from the nearest supermarket or convenience store.. So this scheme using their wallet is useless to them. I am most certain this applies to the majority of Thais as well. Especially in the north where the most poor live far from any major shopping outlet.
  20. These people must be real idiots.. To say it stemmed from the shooting at the mall is ludicrous. If this was the case then arrivals would have dropped but they would have been cancellations for this. My guess is the first influx was those people available to travel and took advantage of the timing for Thais cancellation of the entry fee and new visa program for Chinese. After that, tourism would have dropped anyway. I expect it to be a lot less soon as their comments about the shooting will make the Chinese more hesitant to book any flights here. That along with the kidnapping and forced labor or ransoming that has been happening to Chinese people in Thailand. But this would affect numbers in the future. Not immediately as the article suggests.
  21. If there is one thing i have learned in Thailand is that it dos not take much to get a doctor to sogn or say something on writing when asked. But ask yourself this. If the boy really had serious mental problems then why didn't the parents have better control over him in their custody? Finding all those guns in his house makes me think that perhaps either they did not care or ever look into or after thier mentally unstable kid or perhaps thier was never a mental instability there and parents had no concern when seeing bad behavior.
  22. Yes, You are correct. Most certainly the mall business will be less for a short time. However, you can guarantee the mall will perform some type of buddhist ceremony to get any specters out of their mall... It will be well advertise as well to assure prospective consumers that they will not see any ghosts there. Haha.. silly but then i have seen it happen in a school where the elevator repairman fell into the shaft and died.. Within a month they closed half the school to perform their stupid rituals for this.
