This is Not about landlords and tenants. I have called you out for a bad attitude and you don't like it. And you keep defending it.

My comments relate to fairness and justice to both Landlords and Tenants. of course you don't care about those things, your comments bear me out on that! I am neither a Landlord or a Tenant so I don't speak from experience but I DO have experience in honesty and integrity. Stop being a Mango!

My post criticises the notion of anybody knowing anything about what goes on, on EVERY street corner. Your comment does not address that!

You are surprisingly well-informed to know such things that occur on EVERY street corner So I don't believe it!

Maybe they not actually dangerous or threatening but seeing something suspicious through a bag by an Officer looking for such things, it requires investigation. And THAT is what the OP is about! And you know whatever, ONLY because you know what was discovered when it was opened up.

Many Landlords won't ask for a reference. And if one does, you are dishonest - thinking only of yourself. A fellow Landlord is lied to. Admitting it here is showing you up!

The truth is that it matters not if Chinese, Thai or anyone else It matters not if they are tourists or residents It matters not what country one is in There are high spirits and there are.hooligans and those that disturb the peace with reckless abandon often through drinking too much. These incidents happen all over the world Short of serious consequences of such disturbances, offenders should be appropriately dealt with and everybody moves on!

Richard, Your first sentence has no merit. I am surprised at you - you are better than that! The photo doesn't need to show gloop - that is very silly! It needs to give us an impression of a few patients waiting for attention, especially in an emergency room!

Why the silly photo of a hospital emergency room involving 3,000 people? no staff and one possible patient playing on his phone! How can this possibly have any bearing on the story??

This is YOUR personal experience and doesn't in any way reflect on Thai people generally!! In more than 20 years living here in various parts of Thailand I have no such experiences and for a lot of that time I have been in communities with few farangs. I can't imagine how a few of the people on this forum seem to attract the worst in others! Well, I can, actually!!

Unfortunately, you don't even know what an Atheist is. Why don't you look it up? It means ONLY not believing in a deity. That is it; it doesn't mean believing in nothing or anything else in particular. What it probably means is that reality doesn't pass us by!

This problem isn't new, I have lost out on increases for 15 years. What is NOT recognised by the UK Government is that the elderly are much more likely to consume National Health resources that would actually cost THEM more if we stayed there! Yes, Pensioners living abroad actually saves them money! If you lived in the Philippines, increases are paid in line with UK citizens!
